The one we went in for (black truffle garlic parm) was sold out so clearly that definitely is a good choice so we will be checking back after the new year to order. There were two people working, a man and teenage girl, both were kind and knowledgeable. Gave me some recommendations. I could have been in there all day doing a tasting. I ended up getting the Galegea and the peach balsamic. They tasted good together. Figured they would be good to mix for a salad. They do ship. So if you find something you like and want to repurchase or try something new then you can order it. They even said if you wanted to email and get ideas for recipes that you can do that. I don't know about you but I always run out of ideas. I love a responsive business. It was clean friendly and warm inside the store. I would happily visit again to have the same experience. Another note they swap out from different regions through out the year so there are a couple of seasonal flavors. Right now it's the Strawberry Kiwi.
