A couple of minutes later - the same personable customer representative called me back and revealed that her manager had called the manufacturers of the product and she was able to answer my question with confidence. I was blown away by the incredible customer support at Olive & Basket. The staff went out of their way to make sure that my questions and concerns were heard and addressed and they did so with such genuine care.
