Replacement wasn't possible. That was the last I heard from them. Repeated calls and messages left went unanswered. I finally contacted my insurance company, who did cover the repairs minus my deductible. They also tried contacting VNA Care, even sent a registered letter but got no response. The professionals who came were pleasant but didn't really do much besides vitals and were quick to discharge. What kind of business doesn't stand up to responsibility? Definitely would not recommend them! I am out a significant amount of money because they won't respond and cover my deductible.

My parents were hesitant to have someone staying in their home, but the caregiver that came in has made this change so comfortable. She is compassionate, patient, kind and always on top of my parents needs. On top of helping my parents with their personal hygiene she also helps with housekeeping, laundry, grocery shopping and picking up their prescriptions. Visiting Angels has a communication book that our caregiver writes in daily so I can read it when I visit and see how their days are going. The office staff is great with communication. They visit with my parents and check in often. We are very happy we chose Visiting Angels!
