I didn't feel like I was being pressured to do something that was unnecessary but rather that he was just suggesting work that made sense to also take care of while they were there. I appreciated the advice and agreed to the extra work. The new faucet looks great and works perfectly. Even with the extras the total cost was less than the quotes I got from other local places. I'll be calling them again soon to take care of my wonky bathtub faucet as well.

I spoke with the owner, Diego, the day of expressing all of my concerns and he accused me of not wanting to pay after the job was 90% complete. (The job wasn't even 60% complete) Highly offensive when the pictures speak a thousand words of poor quality work. Very upsetting to move into our new home with adhesive on the floor, poor seams with adhesive going down the walls, smudges, adhesive on our countertops, and wallpaper falling off the wall. I've reached out to the company via email several times to express my concerns along with a request to be reimbursed for the wallpaper at least with no response back. I would highly NOT recommend them. They don't even deserve a 1 star.
