Jim & John run a tight ship, great customer service, friendly and what I rarely see TRUSTWORTHY. Car drives well after an axle repair. About John, every networked, can obtain parts with a 3 year 36K warranty to be shipped in right away (next day). He provides a warranty through TechNet so if I am far away and the part would fail, I can still get the part covered within the warranty period by Technet. Garage is clean, quiet, safe neighborhood, well lit, secure just down the street from the Police Station! What a great relief to have such excellent customer service at a FAIR price.
