I'm revising this review bc my initial review was based on the Express "Super Wash" I went back and tried the "Works Wash" $3 dollars more and the result was much better! It still doesn't do a great job drying but with the "Works Wash" with the Triple Polish, High Gloss Clear Coat and Double Pass Hot Foaming Pre-Soak it leaves no Spots like I experienced with the Super Wash! read more

My vehicle was in for service for an extremely long period of time, over 100 days. I reached out to this business by way of telephone number to cancel my $29.99 monthly subscription and did not receive a phone call. This went on for several months until I finally stopped by figure out what the problem was. A kid who was changing out garbage bags told me that he would get his manager and that's when the fun started. The guy was argumentative while monotone in nature telling me that I should've made the effort to come to their business to cancel the subscription because their phones haven't been working in months. That seems absolutely absurd, considering if there was an emergency the business SHOULD have active phones. Honestly, it seemed Iike the guy had no idea or care about what I was asking him today, even though he was standing there with a wet post it pad and a pen. He scribbled down the barcode number I showed him from a picture and walked away after asking if I wanted a sticker for a vehicle that has dealership loaner stickers all over it. What?!?! I can honestly tell you this guy did not care at all about anything. If he's a member of the family, they might've given them the job as a token but if he's a hired employee, this guy should be fired. Empathy was not even a thing here. I love this car wash. Best one in the area. I live two towns away but I am in Salem often, so I always go to Klemm's. None of the car wash facilities near me are any good...very inconsistent...weak spray, brushes don't always clean well, poor drying. Klemm's full car wash has friendly attendants and the wash/dry is very thorough and consistent every time. Prices are excellent too. read more

For $13, it was the best car wash I've had in a long time. The car looked like it was brand new when I first got it and no amount of touch-less washes would have made it look as good as it did. I'd definitely recommend this as it was so much cheaper than any other wash I've been to near home. read more

Had quite a buildup of salt on my car, especially the quarterpanels and the rear end. This is the first time that I have used Klemm's. Paid for the Ultimate Car Wash to get the undercarriage and extra surface waxes. Went through the tunnel not the touchless. The attendant was super friendly and personable. The carwash did an amazing job on my vehicle, not a speck of salt to be found anywhere, and trust me, I looked. Even checked out the undercarriage - not a speck. Highly recommend this location and will definitely be going back there. Did I mention that they also provide FREE vaccuum. read more

Fantastic car wash! I got the top of the line option and my 2 year old car looks brand new. Tire shine upgrade is 100% worth it! And they do monthly packages! Probably the best 1 stop shop around. I was able to clean my car inside and out, grab lunch and fill up my tank. Everything about Klemm's was extremely clean and the staff was friendly and polite.
