He began mansplaining how there is diagnostics etc etc i advised him how I came to what the problem was. He then told me the part I was looking to have replaced was only going to available from the dealer. I advised it is available at O'Reillys for $70. At that point he told well you can fix it yourself and hung up on me. My take away and advice...if you know what you're talking about don't use this mobile mechanic. He probably won't come anyway because he can't charge you tons of money.

Even after a resident that lives here said that this was a resident's vehicle before he even hooked it. What a racket! I would not use these guys for shit! Scumbags! They didn't have to tow it, they knew my vehicle belonged here and was legally parked...Assholes! And on top of that, there were other vehicles in the lot that don't have visible passes and were not touched! Change the name to 1 Star Camel Tow.

One company quoted us the next day service, which was impossible since he was at a mountain with no lodging and temps were 22 and dropping. After our third cancellation at 7pm, I received a call from Thumbs up, that they were coming to our rescue. They kept us updated on their arrival time and drove well out of their area to come help us. They were courteous, told us exactly what they were doing, and for everyone's safety, checked our ID's to make sure we were the ones who were supposed to be at this car to be opened. I honestly don't know what we would have done if Thumbs Up hadn't come. Thank you so much!
