Despite the smaller size, you'll still be able to find the usual basics and the staff are nice enough to order the products they do not have in the store. I've had some issues with this location. this is a standard…read moreand average location, if you are looking for something normal, you will find it here, but i wouldn't come here expecting to find a rare bottle of "who knows what" this location is a pain to get into and get out of thanks to the road medians on both the queensway and north queen. the service here is nothing to brag about at all, with the workers seemly caring only about stock replenishment rather then service, speaking of stock, this location also suffers from inaccurate stock levels via the website, I've come here a couple of times to grab something only to be told "someone probably stole the item sir..." transit options are the 80 queensway and 123C north queen busses. lots of parking on site for this location. would not go out of my way to this location, be sure to check stock online first, even though it might not matter...come here at your own risk

This is one of my favourite LCBOs in South Etobicoke, mainly because of its Vintages section. I…read morethink because it's one of the busier locations, it always has a wide assortment. When there's only a few bottles of a certain vintage remaining, they immediately put them on sale in a separate section of the store. I recently picked up a bottle of Brolio for $19 (regularly $24), just because they only had three bottles left and new stuff coming in. I also got a Liberty School Zinfandel for $15. Every time I'm there, I go straight to the sale section and I'm hardly ever disappointed. Even with non-vintages, if they have a new stock of another wine coming in, the old stuff immediately gets put on sale. I know some of the other locations have their own store sales but this one is consistently is putting stuff out. Only a couple of the staff are really, really friendly and helpful; the rest could smile a bit more.

We gave my son a $50 Beer Store gift card and when he tried to use it, they told him the card…read moredidn't have any money on it. We found out the card was redeemed in Toronto, yet my son was in Ottawa! I called and explained what happened and the person I spoke to said that someone would get back to me. I wasn't hopeful. But then, I got an email from Frank Perry at The Beer Store in Mississauga saying they would be reimbursing us for the gift card - and giving us an extra $10 for the trouble of having to call in!! Apparently, they have had some trouble with people hacking into their gift card system, so I guess we weren't the only one they heard from. I was so happy with the good customer service. Gift cards are like cash and they might have just told us we were out of luck, but to my surprise, they believed us and we got our money back! Thanks so much, Frank!

Same great staff as before. Have been in several times now and every time there's something different on sale and they even have wine to taste.
