The wines sort of sprawl diagonally from centre. The signage at least helps. The shelves are usually well stocked. There's an adequate amount of staff on the ground if you need any help. I've found the floor staff pretty knowledgeable about the characteristics and differences between various brands. I like that LCBO always has some good sales on a few products at any given time. I've been known to try new brands of liqueurs and wines when I see those tags promoting the sale items. They do have a cooler section if you head to the far end of the store. The selection of locked up, premium items isn't too extensive, but you will find several brain damage price vintages for extra special occasions. I find the displays at the checkouts a little wanting. They have nice boxes and bags that are behind the checkouts for some reason, rather than before where you can see and select something before you pay. It could all be organized better. The service is often... slow. Even if there are several checkouts open, and fewer customers than open lines, it takes minutes before you begin to get processed. I appreciate that they never fail to ask about your rewards cars. If slow, service is usually polite if not friendly. I'm glad to have a solid LCBO like this nearby for my boozing needs ;)

The Vintage area here is quite huge compares to some of the ones I been to. The fact I enjoy browsing the Vintage area at this location because I love all these little notes that the staff wrote on the quite a few of the selections they recommends :). There is also a sale area, Buy by the Case Options and good selection of beers...

I was heading to the Lcbo this afternoon to pick up a wine bottle for guests coming this evening…read more WOW to my surprise there was the Crown Royal Northern Harvest that won whisky of the year for 2015 by Jim beam. Fellow Yelpers this whisky was sold out in all of Ontario Lcbo for the months of Jan and Feb. I grabbed 2 bottles and I am smiling ear to ear. The cashier said it came in yesterday, and expect it to be sold out by evening. They have 69 bottles at this location.

The Beer Store reminded me of that movie, you go up to the counter, order your beer and pay for it, and the beer comes out of the back room on a roller conveyor. I can guarantee you that every single beer you pick up here are ready to drink. Though mostly the usual beer selections but there are also some Ontario Crafted Beers: Muskoka, Wellington, Waterloo, Amsterdam.. If you are into Unibroue there are quite a few selection too. Different format available includes Single and Cases. Great location if you are like me enjoy reading the bottles and always look out for new interesting beers!
