Bs1Stop stated "I'm sorry I broke my phone and have no contacts.. Who is this? And what seems to be the issue??". He was called back and then left another message. Still no call back. He was then sent my name and the invoice showing all my information. He ask again "what's the problem?. I resend the previous pictures of my lawn. Also, informing that you started texting previously and stopped/asked him to call my husband to take care of the situation via phone. They did a decent job on that so i expanded the scope and had them do three more gardens. They were to pull out all weeds, and put down weed suppression mats. It looked great and clean until this spring when their shoddy work was exposed. Weeds coming up everywhere. John, the face of the company, is a nice guy but he made lots of promises he's since broken. They made a huge mistake and ripped out HALF of a huge established perennial garden. TERRIBLE. They said they'd reimburse me for replacement plants and plant them. They did but literally NOT ONE came back this spring. I've never had this issue with plants i install. Last month i had to contact John 4 times before he responded. He assured me they'd make it right but has since ghosted me. I feel very deceived. We paid lots of money and have little to show for it. Half the reason i hired them was because they were a scrappy start-up, John seemed trustworthy and i wanted to support them. Never again.
