As a single parent with one income in my household, cost is a big deal. I appreciated the estimate per hour instead of being surprised the day of so much. Payment was a breeze, and they were so kind! I barely realized anyone was here and was so grateful I didn't have to spend extra time trying to coordinate. I tipped…read more$200 more because it was hard and took them almost 10 hours over 2 days because one guy got sick and had to go to the hospital. - Gave me quote on Yelp from pictures I sent, instead of just telling me to call to set up an estimate like most places do. - Showed up early, but not too early, and got to work right away. Asked for a $150 more on top of the $650 I was quoted, which was fine because it was a big job and $650 was already by far the best deal I'd found. Paid via Zelle. - Cut up logs and stumps with a chainsaw and used a tarp and wheelbarrow to move all the stuff across half an acre. - Polite, expedient, considerate. I fed him lunch and coffee and water. I wouldn't hesitate to have these dudes back.

Not real complicated but I did notice during our walk around he didnt take any notes at all. At the end of the discussion he said $1000 to do the job, I asked "what does that include?" and he said "everything that was discussed". Being an HOA the business office came back to me and said the bill that received was $1200. Not real happy with the 20% added on, but wanted the work done soon so reluctantly went ahead. Bob said the Oak limb needed to be removed during the late fall and it was March 2017 at the time but he promised up and down that he would complete the job since we live in the same neighborhood and his relative Larry B was on the HOA Board. I contacted him many times to get the Oak limb removed and he said he would come back to finish but blew it off instead. Over charged and under delivered, wont do business with him again-
