I was told he may be out of town and hoped to be back Wednesday so I continued to wait on a scheduled date. Fast forward to the next week. Wednesday evening I still hadn't heard anything and inquired again and was told "tomorrow afternoon". Luckily I was able to be home from work and agreed. Fast forward to the day of the afternoon job, I inquired about an ETA at 2:15PM as I hadn't heard anything. At 5:04PM I finally received a response that they were finishing up a job 30 mins away and would head towards me. I advised it was too late to start the job then received a call at 5:30 explaining that it's still afternoon, and they want to cut and trim tonight and then come by in the morning to haul. I explained again I was not comfortable with the job starting so late, after the planned time, with no communication, and that I did not want it done in two separate days especially when I could not be there in the morning. I received an attitude, and was told their job went long and they had other priorities this weekend, that they will work just fine without my "supervision" and that i might need to go with someone else. I later received a text explanation explaining in a more pleasant way what exactly happened that they accepted a change in the job earlier in the day which caused it to go longer. This company would probably still have my business if there had been some communication earlier in the day. 2 stars for extremely poor communication and lack of respect for the schedules of the patron.
