I…read morehave NEVER EVER seen someone spend so much time removing imbedded stains that haven't come out in years. I own a heavy duty steam cleaner (the kind people rent from Lowes) and nothing would budge these stains except for Steve's equipment (and elbow grease)! He spent three hours on my two sofas- and barely charged me. His rates were exceptionally reasonable. This is someone who stand behind his work and knows what approach to take so as to have it be effective and safe for your fabrics. Apparently he does hardwood floors, tile, sheepskins (which we have), and rugs of every kind. I am just so glad I called him. Talk about zero buyers remorse. Seriously exceptional.
