Stephanie once accused me of not paying for a month of service that I had indeed paid for. And after paying every prior invoice this company had ever sent me I received a text from Stephanie at 7:30am saying that if I don't pay them, they will send me to collections. I immediately looked into it, and the invoice in question was only 13 days overdue. I had not received one friendly personal reminder from them. I called her and asked that an owner call me back and she assured me someone would. I have texted several times since asking for a return call and nobody will respond to me. My husband had to go outside and ask your workers to do better weed trimming, as they were leaving weeds in the yard that looked sloppy. I also contacted Stephanie with complaints on two separate occasions- after my initial seeding, and as soon as you came to mow my lawn after seeding the second time.
