I needed storage in the area, and I found this storage company online…read more I moved in through the website, I received a confirmation email with all the details and I also received a phone call from one of the representatives confirming I had everything I needed to move in. When I drove up to the facility it looks spectacular from the hwy 29. My code worked, I found my unit with the green tag just as the representative advised me. The unit was super clean , the climate control hallway was clean the facility is well lit at night! My move her was just perfect! I have stored other places but this facility by far is one of the nicest in the area, I would even say In the state!

I bought it used for $1000 bucks which I was told then it was like new lol. I never got a full mow season out of it. The owner wouldn't refund my money after they attempted to fix it twice. I wasn't in the outdoor power equipment business so I had no use for it if it didn't work. I am local too, so this was a real disappointment. I finally bought a brand new craftsman, and it has been wonderful. Oh and they never even sharpened the blades I was told they would do. This place was just awful.

I have never been one to complain but am tired of people who love to take advantage of you.How do I…read morebegin to describe the frustration I have with this companys service department,especially the incompetence of their so called mechanics .First of all we have a lee boy 1000 that we had brought in to repaiir a fuel leak,several days after the repair the paver catches fire from the fuel leak they supposedly fixed,after returning the paver back to risch we had to pay them to re wire the machine which should not have been since they caused the problem which caused the machine to catch fire due to the fuel leak they supposedly fixed.If that wasnt bad enough the service manager calls my son to tell him it needed pistons due to water damage from putting out the fire wanting to charge nearly $2500 to do so,after a heated discussion they replaced the pistons at a discount.then the paver dies out while paving a parking lot and would not stay running.Bringing it back to risch for inspection they finally call my son after having the paver for well over two months to tell him the paver needs a cam replaced wanting over$4500 to do so.after spending over$5000 and having the paver since early may of 2019 which cost me the beginning of my season having to rent pavers to complete the work, we decided to let the more than compitent staff over at valley equipment have a look at it.After inspection and two days they find that the fuel pump installed by risch was hooked up backwards.Valley hooked it up right and we have been using it ever since.Funny how risch wanted to replace the cam or sell me a new paver.they should change their names from risch to Ripps.dont deal with these people.
