Although we had ordered Behr paint from Home Depot specifically for cement walls, he said it wasn't good paint and that we needed to buy paint from him (ok ok, 2nd clue I know) ..., the owner James assured me that I would receive a 20% discount and he would show me the receipt. Ok, done. Date is approaching and I contact him to see if we can delay a week due to new grass that needed a bit more time to root. He said no problem, we could postpone to the following week... I offered to Venmo him for the paint. I had a deadline of yesterday, which was when I was hosting a bridal shower in my backyard -- he knew this. Crickets....It was not done. In fact, James never returned my call...my text or my DM. Unprofessional and disappointing. Lic#1076119, I haven't researched but it wouldn't surprise me if he had standing complaints. Anyway, party was successful however my backdrop was ruined with the big paint swatch painted on my wall! Negative stars on this one...beware, stay clear!

They claimed to be professionals, but later I found out they were not licensed and had no real experience with shower installations. They worked until nearly midnight without my permission, upsetting my neighbors and getting me an HOA fine. The first time I used the shower, it leaked everywhere--water spread across the bathroom floor and even damaged the kitchen ceiling below. When a licensed contractor opened the walls, he found drywall instead of cement board, no moisture barrier, no insulation, and no sealant around pipes--all proof of unsafe, improper work. The materials they used cost maybe $50 total, not the $250 they charged. When I confronted him, he denied everything and refused to refund any money, showing complete dishonesty and lack of accountability. I ended up paying about $2,800 more to a licensed professional to fix the damage. Please avoid this business unless you want to risk leaks, hidden damage, and being misled by someone who will not stand behind their work.

We did our online research, and found several local contractors who offered kitchen remodels, so we visited a few. The first one seemed a bit disorganized, so we left quickly. Then we went to see Faye at Prime Home Renovations, and we instantly felt a connection. She listened carefully to us, and suggested she come walk the site with us to she what she could offer. She came with a tape measure and help, and they took some measurements, we discussed color options, and she said they would work on a quote for us. We met with her at the office to finalize color/material choices, and the quote was presented to us, we looked it over, and signed. The strengths of any contractor are the people they employ to do the work, the teams that go thru the process from demo to the final touch of paint. In this case from the demo team, to the cabinet builder, to the counter guys, to the plumber, all of them were on time, courteous, and efficient. When they left each day, the work area was clean. Faye would contact us each day either in person or by phone to verify things were getting done. The end result was above and beyond what we imagined.
