I worked in the construction industry for over 5 years, with plenty of drywall work. I have never heard a more overly complex process to patch a simple 12"x12" hole in a ceiling. When you purchase a home, surprises can pop up and catch you off guard. Sadly, we woke up and found a leak that sprang up overnight. A plumber was called immediately!
