I did not get to use Le Bail Bond because of a miscommunication with the second bail bond that was also present, but this review is for their service by Brittany who went above and beyond to try and comply with my needs. I was a referral from my lawyer and he told me check out this place, so I did. I was originally talking to Hai, but ended up being transferred to his assistant Brittany, to help me and she was phenomenal. How? Let me tell you. This was my first time contacting a bail bond for someone else and had multiple concerns, but Brittany calmed me down and talked me through it. Brittany told me step by step on what's going to happen. She was on top of her game and called me right when my friends bail was posted. She went ahead and started to drive to Elmwood, but by the time she got there another bail bond was there and had already posted my friends bail. Brittany called me right away and told me the situation as to what happened and was apologizing very sincerely. I can tell she loves her job and what she does because she is helping people in some ways that others can't. Brittany called a few hours later to check in on how everything is going and when he will be released. The next following morning she called again and asked how everything went the night-day before and apologized once again for not being to help-do more for us. She was, scratch that- is PHENOMENAL. My family and I have never been in this situation and are clueless about this process. This even definitely caught me by surprise and had my family in a panic when they found out where I was calling from. My dad reached out to LE bail and even with the bail set as high as it was they managed to help my family get me out of there. While I was in there I could only imagine how worried my parents were and after speaking to Mike and Brittany from the San Jose office there was no doubt in my mind that they had left my parents with a bit of ease by letting them know I was going to be released that night. As lost, confused and worried as I was about my family my self and our financial situation, Brittany and Mike did not let us fall in a state of panic. They genuinely cared about what we had to say and they explained everything so clearly. They made it seem that there priority was to reunite me with my family and gave us a chance to breath and handle our finances right after. When you hear someone tell you "hey don't worry just go home get some sleep and we will handle this tomorrow but I want you to get some rest because you've had a long day Im sure"....you know that person really cares about you and the situation at hand.
