Michelle is an amazing woman. Yesterday was my second time returning to her for a removal treatment for bad microblading someone else had put on me. She worked hard to try to get it off, and I trust her more than anyone else I've worked with to get this done for me. The first removal that she did had worked to lighten them better than anyone else I've had do it. I had it done twice by laser and twice by saline solution already before going to her. She is kind, considerate, and genuinely cares for her patients. So far I think she's my best bet at getting my brows taken care of. Her shop is super cozy, comfortable, and smells good. Let me start out by saying that I had been wanting to have my eyebrows done since 2015 and had been researching proceedures as well as technicians for 2 years! I live in Sacramento and work in the Bay Area so I had started there. Many of the places I tried to contact either never called me back, were ridiculously expensive or wanted money in advance with no consultation or anything. My daughter lives in Chico so one day I finally decided I would look there (not really expecting to find anything). Le Beau Visage came up on my search along with a few others. I actually decided to go with another person because she was a bit cheaper but she wanted me to give her $100.00 deposite site unseen! Plus she was going to do everything in one sitting! That scared me because it told me she was not particular about who or what she did! That doesn't seem like quality to me! At any rate, I changed my mind at the last minute and contacted Michelle. She contacted me within the hour and spent quite a bit of time talking to me about the procedure in general. Michelle will schedule a consultaion FREE OF CHARGE! She spends quite a bit of time during the consultation explaining the procedure, explaining the cost, terms of payment, etc. She is VERY good at explaining every step as well as any charges you will incure. Yes, she is a bit on the expensive side, but she is worth every penny!!!! I paid part of the cost at the end of the consultation an the rest the day of the procedure. All of the paper work she gives you has noted the total amount as well as any payments you have made. The day of the procedure Michelle numbed my brows. While we waited for the cream to work, she mixed up three colors for me to choose from and we got to work. She is the ultimate professional. I felt like I was in a doctor's office without the ugly decor! lol. After Michelle, I went directly to Ieisha for my lash extensions. She is just as amazing as Michelle! She was so gentle I almost fell asleep! When I was finally done, Ieisha handed me a mirror. I could not believe it! I felt like I was looking at someone else! I felt like a Queen! It is going to take awhile to get used to looking so good right out of bed but I am sure that will be the easy part! lol! I cannot say enough about these ladies! Michelle is incredible! To begin with she took her time explaining how the process would work and went over the numbing procedure which was painless by the way. She is also a dental hygienist and has additional experience working in the medical field. Her professional manner, expertise, and skill made me feel so confident with a procedure that I can imagine was one of her more challenged cases for permanent lip color. 4 years ago I was attacked by a dog and lost part of my lower lip as well as getting my upper lip torn apart. I had emergency surgery in the ER to sew my mouth back together and 6 months later had cosmetic surgery but never had the fullness or symmetry that I once had. After trying every lip pencil, gloss and plumper out there I decided that I would visit Michelle. This was one of the best decisions I have ever made and she is a true artist! I can't say enough great things! I drive an hour and a half, from Sacramento, to have my permanent makeup done by Michelle, and I wouldn't think of going to anyone else! It's all about trust, and Michelle is someone who you can trust to do the best work. My eyebrows look so natural people don't even realize they are tattooed, and they are exactly the color and shape I wanted. Michelle is skilled at tattooing brows with "hair" strokes, so they look much more natural. Michelle consulted with me about the shape of them, and her knowledge and input led to an even better end result than I would have expected. My eyeliner is also exactly what I wanted. Michelle camouflaged two small scars on my face, and did a great job with the color matching my skin. Basically, you can trust Michelle to be the most knowledgeable about what she does, to listen and understand what you want, to be honest with you, and to be detail-oriented and take pride in her work. I went to see Michelle at her permanent makeup studio just recently. When I first walked in I could see that she was very artistic, yet professional. Her salon is decorated in a very peaceful and beautiful manner. She greeted me at the front desk and was very nice and cheerful. My appointment was for getting permanent eyeliner on my upper lids. She brought me back to her tattoo studio and it was very clean and nice. She was very professional and made sure she fully numbed my eyelids before she started the tattooing. When she started it did not hurt at all. She was extremely precise in the manner that she did the tattooing. She tapered the eyeliner on both ends exactly perfect so that it looked really great. She used the perfect color for my complexion which was a dark brown; making sure to stay away from black and that horrible blue/black color. Once the procedure was done she gave me a very special cream to use on my eyelids daily during the healing process. She also gave me an instructional follow-up sheet so that I could take care of my eyelids. The follow-up care went very well with no infections. My eyes look so beautiful now!! I went back again and also had my lower eyelids done. They turned out perfect and my eyes look fantastic! I don't have to put on eyeliner everyday anymore. When I use mascara it really makes my eyes look dramatic now. Michelle is an experienced tattooist and knows what she's doing when it comes to permanent makeup.
