I did need to reschedule once, i was ill. Then i made an appt and she had to cancel. This place is an hour away from me so i asked if I could get a refund. I was told no. She would not move heaven and earth for me only because she rescheduled. I told her the entire thing was shady. She I'm the one with the tattoo that needs taking care of, not her. Basic customer service was lacking. I'm not letting a woman with this attitude put a laser on my body. Avoid, avoid.

I had the Swedish massage for an hour and was extremely relaxing. The massage table can be heated and there are add ons like aromatherapy and CBD treatment. The staff member who did my massage was great and had excellent professionalism. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would recommend getting a massage here.

However, I understand things happen it was the NO REFUND that really got me. When I requested a refund for the gift cards, I was told the manager could not refund them because of "corporate policy. " So to be clear: **they canceled on us TWICE, we never received the services we paid for, and they still refused to return our Money. When I asked to speak to the owner of the company, I was told he may or may not get back to me. That is not customer service. That is a business putting its policies and profits ahead of its customers I find this incredibly unprofessional and frankly unacceptable. I will never spend another dollar at Hand & Stone, and I would strongly encourage others to think twice before giving them your business. I expressed my skin care concerns and we made a plan even though I wasn't sure what facial I really needed today. She was able to take a look at my skin and suggest a plan moving forward. She offered options without pushing any products or trying to upsell me. The room felt very comfortable with a heated bed, low music, and soft lighting. At the end of the facial she made sure I was happy with the results never making me feel rushed.

If you love your stylist and your hair... then you have what you paid for - which is a job well done. I always love my hair when it's finished. If I could afford to go more often, I would! Everyone was friendly when I arrived. I was led back to a private pedicure room almost immediately and treated to a spa pedicure with warm scented water, soft warm towels soothing my feet and legs and pleasant conversation with a lovely lady! The owner checked in on us, asked it if I would like a water and if the towels were soft and holding the heat ok. I felt pampered. I chose a bright neon red and a week and a half later... they look as good as day one. They are more expensive than a nail shop, but I don't go often and wanted the experience. Luckily, I have Venmo bc they couldn't put a tip on my credit card and all I had was a $5. I'd definitely recommend them & will return!
