I should of looked at reviews before wasting my time. The inside was presentable and clean.. however the customer service and quality work was horrible. The nail technician did not even want to have a conversation with you or even help you decide which color was closer to what you wanted. Rather her say "idk it's your choice. It's your toes" This is the worst experience I have ever had. The only reason why I went to this building was because of the advertisement they had in front of their store "gel manicure and pedicure for $40" they were not specific that the pedicure was regular color. It was misleading. Let alone I left after my Gel pedicure of $35 cause the quality was already terrible to even get my nails done. For my nail technician to be 20 years in this field, she was not the best. I had gel polish on my toes so she had to remove the color. She used a filer to get the color off but instead of focusing on my toes she went on my skin and rubbed it so hard now my skin is bruised and burns. Then my water for the pedicure was too cold. The work done in this pedicure was done complete opposite of how a normal pedicure should be. It was not relaxing. It was rushed. And my feet was in the water for no more than 2 minutes and it was out. I was also here with my friend and she got hers done as well. We both did white toes and the way her nail technician did her nails painted onto her skin. They were really rude and spoke in Spanish saying "these people don't tip. And it's the people that have money that don't tip" although I was not happy with the work done on my toes and how she bruised my toe... I still tipped $5. Now I posted a updated picture of my toes after I got out the shower. They are still red since yesterday, 9/22/18. They burn when water touches it. read more

Unfortunately I didn't read the reviews for this salon. this is the worst manicure and pedicure I've ever had. Lines aren't straight, nails aren't filed evenly. Look at how rough my pinky is in the picture and my thumb looks like it broke. White line isn't up to the very tip. And it's filthy inside. :( I was going no to leave as soon as I walked in and saw how dirty it was but I had already stopped at my go to places and they had a wait of an hr and I really needed them done. I'll have to have them redone on Monday. I could have posted more photos pointing Out all of the negative things but I think you'll get the picture from those. The staff was extremely friendly, only positive thing to say. 8 hours later my toenails started chipping. read more

Le Chic Nail Salon performs subpar manicures and pedicures. The male host who greeted us was the best part of the experience.. very personable and hospitable. 1. The nail color visualized on the tester nail was not the same color that ended up on my foot (it was supposed to be 'Perfect Peach', but ended up being a transparent babydoll pink instead of an orangish pink-- see images below). 2. The gel color and matching nail polish were not in fact matching. My sister got a brilliant neon coral on her toes (Pink Panther) and a lighter pink on the nails (see images below). We believe they thought it looked "close enough" and decided to try to sell it as the matching color. Fail. 3. My sister's manicurist did a very poor job painting her nails. Gloopy and spotted with quite a bit of nail polish on her skin (see images below). Very disappointing. Unfortunately, we will not be back. read more

Despite the negative reviews, I tried this salon out anyway, and at first glance, it seems really nice. The inside is beautiful and spacious, it appears very clean, the host was incredibly nice, etc., etc. The lady who did my pedicure was super sweet and helpful with making suggestions with color choice so that a slightly transparent glitter polish I had picked out would appear more solid to match my nails. She took her time and only tried upselling once (which is a plus in my book), so I had a very relaxing time. Unfortunately, the polish job didn't last as expected. The 'combined' polish choice I mentioned above was only on two nails, so that wasn't the cause either, as I had issues with multiple nails. It's almost like maybe the polish they use is slightly too old and simply doesn't set as well? I'm not sure, but I ended up removing it myself less than a week later due to initial smudges and later, chipping. read more

Save your money. Got a gel manicure and pedicure and work was just sloppy. Design work was equally poor. I left there unsatisfied and ready to go have my nails redone elsewhere. After leaving I went shopping for a half an hour only for my thumb nail to look like the picture. I then had to go back to have it fixed and it still had an air bubble in it after she fixed it. Rude And Unprofessional. I went here years ago, thought I had a review for them, apparently Not. Trying to forget my experience. My girlfriend recommended this place , going to her wedding. Asked for airbrushing-french to be Exact.The guy in charge of airbrushing , told him what #, he painted some hideous thing on my nails. At this point , i told him that wasn't what I requested,.He said , oh , the number you want , top, not bottom..As they spoke Vietnamese, clearly Laughing at me, Right in front of me!! Beyond rude, And surprised still open, as they are the worse nail place, service, products were very cheap, didn't try to fix it, laughed & talked about me , as I was sitting there getting my nails done. 1-star-being generous should be Minus 10 Star. I will never go here again. I went once several years ago with family before a vacation and remember being unhappy, but being that it was several years ago I figured I would give it another shot. This happened today 6/23/14: I wanted a gel manicure which is typically faster than other types of manicures. Despite this fact, this was the quickest, most half-assed manicure I've ever had. The man spent 2 minutes filing and shaping my nails then had me stick my hands in a bowl of cold water to soften the cuticles. This made it quite uncomfortable when he pushed them back and removed them. I was not directed to wash my hands after the filing and cuticle cutting had been done. Further more, while he clipped my cuticles and removed dirt from under my nails, he dipped the tools into the bowl of water my hand my soaking in to remove the debris! I should have left then. The manicure stations don't have built in UV light spots to place your hands. To set the gel polish, there is a table-top device that he took off the floor and plugged in! The light was hot and uncomfortable. My sister had an even worse experience which prompted to create a Yelp! account just so I could share my story. Add my bad reviews to the others. First manicure the color had streaks in it and the gel manicure lasted barely a week before it lifted where they'd made bubbles on the edge of the nail. Rushed through my pedicure, clearly did not care about making it relaxing or thorough Even Though I told them "I'm getting married tomorrow" next manicure- mistake number two. It's been 5 days and I'm back in here to get a nail fixed because they got top coat on my skin and when I finally was annoyed by it enough to dry to disconnect it from my skin, it lifted the polish. The owner of this salon is racist I am a black woman , I came there to get my nails refilled. He told me I would have to wait an hour. So I sat and waited for 30 minutes, 2 white woman came in and sat down . The owner comes over and asked them what was they getting done today? One of them said nails and pedicure,the other said just nails. He then motioned them both and said they could come and be serviced, he looked at me and said Oh your just getting a refill you can wait. He is abrupt and have a very bad attitude. read more

Delran location just as rude as Mt Laurel... Its the worst service of its kind. We have received 3 gift cards over the past three years. NONE of them could be redeemed. Coincidence? Same confusing story after the next.. Also the ATM is terrible. Nail Salons are a dime a dozen. We all have one or two we like but settle & go to one because its close or not busy BUT I will never go to any Le Chic nail salon again. I went here to get a manicure and i asled for matte nails. They didnt have the top coat, its like 2 stores away from target and they couldve picked it up. The lady who did my nails left some of my old polish on still before she did the new polish. I had teo nails with cracks in them and she did nothing about them. They charged me fifteen it shouldve been five for how bad it was. She didnt even put lotion on my hand after she did the polish. She sprayed alcohol on my hands and nails before the polish too. After i left two more nails broke because of how thin she made them. I regret going here and wont again. read more

This is the biggest dump! There was a sign on the door advertising specials and the only reason I decided to try them out. During the cheesy pedicure in which she spent all of 10 minutes doing,she got up and left to go do waxing on a person who just walked in. After waiting 10 more minutes for her to get done, she came back and finished the pedicure. She barely did any filing or anything. Applying lotion and massaging was like 3 seconds. She said the sign that was advertised didn't apply to my service. When I told her that what she was saying and what was on the door didn't make sense, she said no salon would do it for that price. This salon has a good location and a great set up. The workers are sweet and very make you feel comfortable. But my first visit there I wasn't so happy on how my nails had turned out. I've asked for the manicure with power gel that they had on display but the colors wasn't organized and applied the wrong color on my nails than tried to talked me into keeping that colors. The second I've gave them a design I wanted to nail but wasn't able to make it leaving my nails looking clumping. So I refuse to go back to that salon. So I Found a new place, that offers drinks while you wait and does great designs with anything I throw at them. read more

The place is gross. She sped thru my manicure and didn't even buff out the ridges so it showed signs if wear in less than 12 hours.

I have to agree with other reviewers. I just received a pedicure here (5/14/14) and it was the shortest pedicure I've ever had with no care what so ever. Not even 25 minutes later I'm drying my toes and hoping they aren't going to charge me much for this diservice. I won't be returning. read more

I wouldn't even give this place one star. My manicure was really short and she took no time to shape or buff my nails before painting. When I got home I realized that there was a dent in my nail, that there was nail polish all over my fingertips,that she missed a few spots, and that the gel was already peeling. I returned and asked for my money back and they wouldn't give it to me. They said they wanted to fix them, but I didn't trust that they could do it right. I asked to speak to a manager, and they don't have one. Then one of them said that it was impossible to get my money back because it was "already in the machine". I will never go back. read more

These people are so rude. I got a pedicure and manicure there yesterday. I messed up the paint on the big toe nail and went back today to get it fixed. They were arguing with me that I didn't get my mani-pedi there because I couldn't remember the name of the guy who did it. I don't think he ever told me his name. One worker who was there yesterday wouldn't even take of her ear buds to listen to me as I was explaining I had been there. I would have even paid the couple bucks for the polish change but they were so rude I left and will never go back. read more

I just recently started getting my nails done again. I went in about a month ago and I got Malu. She is absolutely wonderful! She does such a nice, neat job. She doesn't rush or act annoyed if you make an extra request, or have a question like workers at other salons. I got a refill and my first pedicure of the season yesterday. She did such a great job on both! I will continue to go to her as long as she is there and I definitely recommend her to others! Thanks Malu! See you soon! read more

I should have listened to the previous reviewer, but I was in a pinch and needed a pedicure quick. Don't bother! I'm from further up North in Jersey and I'm used to pedicures that take about 45 min-1 hr, where they massage each leg and foot for almost 10 min each. Not even close here! The woman didn't even use cuticle oil before trimming them. She let my feet soak for only about 1 minute, scrubbed them for another minute (total), and massaged each leg and foot for maybe another 30 seconds each. Then when the polish was applied, and she cleaned up the edges, she left the remnants of the polish on my skin instead of taking some polish remover to clean it up. Unfortunately I didn't notice this until after I left. In short, this place is raggedy; she did not take her time at all and it wasn't even crowded! Don't be like me; go some place else! read more

Wish I could give no stars. Nail Work is poor when I called I'm to complain I was asked to come back in to fix the nails. When I get there I'm told no one told me that and I'm in the wrong salon. I've never been so disappointed with a mani pedi ever!!! I went with a friend and she had an awesome experience... She was pampered and massaged by her girl... My lady literally just slapped lotion on me and my set looks so uneven. I was rushed for time so I went in and nobody was there at all. Yet she still rushed through everything. With family members that do nails, I still tipped her very generously, but when I had a little accident during the drying process she sucked her teeth at me. And she also said to her sister "she's fancy? She tipped me $15..." But still didn't want to do a good job. But her mother sat in a pedi chair and she spent and least a half hour on her. I understand that's her mom... But I am a generous paying customer. I wished I read the reviews beforehand. Doubt I will ever return, but my friends lady was pretty awesome (the Hispanic tech)... You get what you pay for at this place. The pedicures are very short...but they are only $20. I like to get pedicures once a week and sometimes I just want a quick scrub,file and polish and don't want to spend $50+ at a salon for a full 45 to 60 minute pedicure. If you are looking for a relaxing spa treatment then this is not the place to go. However, if you want a quick and cheap pedicure (as I sometimes do) then this is the place for you. read more

I came here to get my eye brows waxed, i signed in waited over 30 minutes, finally somebody came up and spoke to me had to go wait in the room for 10 minutes and then the lady came in to wax my eyebrows and she butchered them so bad, I have never been so embarrassed to walk around with my eye brows looking the way they do! And the wax burned me, when I told the lady it was too hot, she said oh and then went on and didn't adjust it to be a little cooler, I will never ever go back there again ! I've gotten numerous pedicures here in the past. A few of the ladies can be a bit standoffish and harried, but generally I've always had a good experience. The pedicures last for a decent length of time - foot soaking first, then they trim, scrub, etc. Before polish is applied you always get a nice leg massage and then they apply hot towels for a few minutes. Different employees give different massages, so sometimes the pressure can be almost painful, but most of the time it's a nice treat! My polish has always lasted a good amount of time, 1-2 weeks usually, and I've always been happy with the finished look. Inexpensive but decent pedicures. read more

I had to request her to redo my nails and actually spend some time cutting the the cuticles and filing my nails. They were extremely rude, mind you I was 8 months pregnant at the time. Yesterday morning I went into the shop to get a full set with gel polish. It was the worst experience I've ever had in a nail salon. I had the Hispanic lady she was extremely rude and she rushed.It literally took her 30 mins for a full set and gel polish. The nails looked awful. They were all different shapes, lengths, and some of them were missing acrylic in places. She made me bleed quite a few times. The one gel polish I picked out of all their whopping 20 of them, they were out of and she got attitude when I couldn't find the 2nd one I picked out. The gel was bumpy and had bubbles all over in it. The topcoat was On half my nails and half were missing the top coat. She didn't let them dry all the way so when I went to my car and reached into my purse to get my keys they smeared off to reveal a gooey mess. Then shocker today at work they all popped off immediately. Worst money I have ever spent. Do not go there. They didn't even last more than 24 hours. read more
