A really decent selection, especially for an outlet store!! We stopped in on Christmas eve right before they closed and Lynette was fabulous, funny, and so helpful. My dad was tickled pink at the stuff she was saying. I loved that she was genuinely helpful with her recommendations and not just trying to sell the costliest items, and I also think she was just a real sweet person. We ended up buying a roasting pan, which was a fantastic discount ($210 instead of $315) , and a small 3.5qt dutch oven at 40% off. Those were holiday sales and won't last through the new year, but I'm glad we caught them anyway. I think in terms of the other stuff, it wasn't the craziest discounts ($2 off here, $3 off there type thing). But I do think that the stuff that has a deal active is usually a pretty hefty deal. Paige was probably the rudest person I have ever met. She was super irritated from the moment I walked in the door. I even complemented her on her hair color (she didn't even respond or say thank you) hoping that would put her in a better mood (I really did like it) so I could ask the questions I needed to ask. Ultimately, I decided to come back later when someone else in a better mood could help me, and as I was walking out the door, she rolled her eyes. She was very cold and very bothered to have to answer my questions. I'm giving two stars because when I was in there last week to buy several pieces, the woman that helped me was incredibly kind and answered my questions with no problem. In fact, she talked me into buying two pieces that totaled over $600 that I had not planned to buy. I think your sales will be much better at this store if you can train Paige not to act like a drill sergeant when customers come in. This was a horrible experience. read more

Fun place ! Still expensive however they have 3 tables in back with 30,40 and 50 percent off so you can find a rare bargain! Oh how I miss he days you could find loads of Le Creuset at TG Max for CHEAP ! That was last century. read more

This store was so clean and easy to make my way through. I was discouraged when the gps took me to bagel spot. There were two lovely ladies who were inviting and helpful! I've been to another Le Creuset in Bluffton and they were not warm and fuzzy. Inviting and helpful gets my money; cold and unwelcome gets nothing! Anyway, telling the ladies what I was looking for was great and they went out of their way to find out about a military discount! Score! Left there with 4 pieces I needed! I have an item that needs a replacement part, but unfortunately the store doesn't carry such a part , which renders my item useless. Girl in store offered me a customer service number that was some type of spam line, now I get spam calls. No assistance from online Le Crueset. Been there twice with no real assistance. Won't go back. Much more worried about your vax status than customer service. read more

I have been in here several times as I love this cookware and am always wanting to check out the deals they have going on. However, every time I have been in there I am never left alone to browse the sales/items because I constantly have a salesperson talking about every item I look at. This tactic may work for some people but for me it just makes me want to leave the store to stop from being hassled. read more
