Great staffs. I am a le Creuset collector or trying to be. I have been buying my collections from this branch for many times. The manager Brandy Thomas is a super star. She is friendly, kind, and patient. The staff Lacey is also amazing. I have been placing orders from different branches. This branch always attentive to the customers, patient with your inquiries, and most importantly, they wrap the items perfectly. I have received some damaged goods from other branches which broke my heart when receiving them. Not just because they are expensive also some of the items are limited. Ah I love this place. I stopped by while driving from Phoenix to Cleveland and I'm glad I did. The lady at the counter help me score on Amazing deal on a 9 quart dutch oven and I was over the moon when she found it in the color I wanted. Woot woot. I could not be happier. She knew I clearly needed help and helped me make my mind in the most utilitarian product and did not make me feel like a complete clueless clown (which I was!). read more

I don't think this place cares about the quality of their customer service. I bought a salt and pepper mill set a week ago. My mother opened the box and attempted to use the product. The pepper mill would simply get clogged and not perform as advertised. The salt mill just did not work at all. I still had my receipt, so I returned the items today. I did not want my money back. I simply wanted them to credit the money to another item in the store of my mother's choosing. I was told that we could not do that and that we would have to go through some warranty information to send them back to the company and the company would send a new set to replace the old. We do not want a new set as the old set did not work well and now we are just stuck with an over priced piece of garbage salt and pepper mill set. I would not recommend going to this place to anyone. You can get the same quality stuff and better customer service at many other places in this area and at a way better price. read more
