The flavors are innovative without being weird and the texture is perfect. You can even tour the lab next door where they make the flavors, though it was closed when we went that night. I had the croccante amarena, which had swirls and tasty sour cherries throughout. I also tried the 500x - an intense chocolate that appears to be tinted with charcoal - and pistachio. I loved those, though not as much as the one I had. I'll be dreaming about this place!

Enter and pay for your order at the cashier on the left first, then line up to make your choice(s). Our kids wanted to go because Zendaya and Tom Holland love it here. They have good taste! The cream that they put on top of the gelato is the icing on the cake. The line moved quick they have an amazing system in place and the service was great. I think about this place often. The vintage ambiance was amazing you can tell there is history there. I think of Giolitti often I can't wait till I'm back in Rome so I can have it again!
