This hotel was clean and the service was friendly. It's close to multiple restaurants, especially steakhouses, like St. Elmo's and Fogo de Chao . It's also about a 15min walk away from Mass Ave. and Monument Circle. Note: valet parking is $59/day, with unlimited in/out of the parking structure. If you plan on using your car a lot, it's a better deal than paying $30 each time you enter.

Room is clean service seems friendly, we did receive a complimentary glass of champagne. Bathroom is a good size room is a little tight but it's an older hotel. They offer a lounge and restaurant with lots of options. Free water at check in also. Everything was clean and neatly set out. Safe and fridge in room.

Awesome hotel and location The hotel was clean and the staff was fantastic. The rooms were on the smaller side, but very quiet hotel and it felt like the walls were insulated, as you didn't hear much noise at all! The beds were great and the bathroom was clean and modern. Also note, this location is close to everything, especially some great steakhouses! I parked across the street and had no issues with parking. Overall, based on quiet, clean room, and fantastic staff, I'd stay here again!

I had a not so pleasant stay at Le Meridian Indy in Mile Square. I'll start with the pros. It's in a great location with plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. The staff was friendly and accommodating, the attached restaurant was delicious, and the lobby was beautiful. I'll also add that check in and check out were a breeze and while I didn't have to worry about parking, they do have it available. Same goes for a gym. When it comes to the cons - I had a few. The body wash was empty in my shower and the trash was never taken out. I called down and they said I could leave it outside the door for pick up, which happened quickly. I didn't worry about the body wash since there was hand soap. I just made it work. The biggest issue I had was that the room was so incredibly loud that I couldn't sleep. The first night it was manageable with my phone playing white noise on the nightstand. The second night it was even worse, so bad that a staff member came up around midnight and agreed that it was not acceptable. After trying several different rooms with the same issue, we finally found one that was quiet. I believe the problem was that the room faced an ally with a ton of heaters that were running loudly. Hence why we tried a couple rooms before landing on one that didn't face the alley. White noise tends to do the trick for me when it comes to falling asleep but this drove me absolutely crazy. I'm so thankful for the lady that helped me find a room so I was comfortable, even with it being so late at night. With the rest of the hotel being so nice, but the room being on the verge of uninhabitable, I have to settle on giving them a three star.

This mid-size property is a spectacular addition to the Indianapolis Marriott Lodging Portfolio. If you are used to the service, ambiance, and attention to detail provided by Marriot properties but, are looking for less hassle than the larger accommodations look no further than Le Meridien. I've stayed at this property three times over the course of the year -- a pandemic year at that-- and have never felt less than exceptional. There is a nice set of amenities + additions including an on-property restaurant, Spoke + Steele, gym, and complimentary wifi for all Bonvoy members. Valet parking is available nightly at a cost of 45$ but, is unlimited in + out -- a nice touch for someone looking to explore but, also relax. The hallways are filled with the signature scent and sounds of expertly curated Marriot properties, making you feel like you are in an upscale French-industrial era escape. The rooms aren't huge -- this is the heart of Indianapolis after all -- but, definitely large enough to comfortably fit a king-size bed. The real winners here are the staff. The front desk supervisor Zahrah and a gentleman (unsure of his name, Edward?) were truly EXTRAORDINARY. Would definitely recommend staying.

Just checked in to this hotel. This is our first real vacation in years so we splurged up for an executive suite - turns out executive suites are right next to the elevator. And for "extra" see photos for our view. Asked to be moved. We are here early on a Thursday, obviously they have other unoccupied rooms at this time - front desk young lady refused to help us. Lousy room, lousier customer service. We absolutely do NOT recommend this hotel, no one wants charged more for the loudest room in the hotel with an obstructed view of roof utilities :/ definitely feel cheated.

We are Marriott people, our suite was well appointed. Loved the bath products. Front desk staff was really welcoming and helpful. The gave us some solid dining recs. We were their during Comic Con and the mini marathon and yet valet was fast and easy the entire time. Location was great for everything downtown Indy has to offer!

Booked online, I had to call to ensure we had enough space for my husband, kiddo and I. So helpful to make sure we had two beds. Check in was so easy, I did when we were on our way. Room was ready early. We parked across the street, literally across the street in the parking lot versus valeting car. Parking lot of $24 a day. Check in took seconds. The room was comfortable and we had not troubles during our visit. Was pleased with fitness room surprised to see it was so equipped and I had it to myself. Convenient to downtown INDY. Connected to the mall too. Which made it super convenient to go out and not deal with the Weather.

This is really a good find. Part of the Marriott portfolio. A quaint little hotel tucked deep within the city of Indianapolis. Right next to St Elmo's steakhouse. There's a good restaurant/bar in the lobby with a great breakfast before you check out.

The service really stood out from check in to check out. Everyone from housekeeping to the front desk, was friendly and welcoming every time I passed by or needed anything it was a great encounter. It was every staff member. I chose self parking in the garage over valet. Plenty of parking and easy to access. The restaurants are good. I frequented Loaf + Vine Market quite a bit, along with Starbucks upstairs, then High Velocity, and the lobby bar. Nice to have solid options right in the hotel. The room felt luxurious with great amenities with wood accents in the foyer, floor to ceiling windows, a safe, mini fridge, full size ironing board, great bathroom, plenty of hot water (32nd floor), a nice desk area for working, and a good size TV. The workout facilities were great too with water and fresh fruit provided. No downsides during my stay. Overall, really impressed with both the service and the experience. When we got into the room. The staff was super accommodating and made sure that we removed a few doors down to a room that was smoke-free. Room was a good quality. Double beds. Shower okay, no bathtub. Refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker. The only downside about the coffee maker was that the universal coffee and plastic attachments did not go with the machine. It should have been a closed environment, but it was not. Once you inserted the plastic coffee filter and place the coffee filter pod into the maker, there was a gap, which led to splashing of the hot water onto the coffee filter pod that led to coffee Bean all over the desk. Breakfast every morning. Waffles, either scrambled eggs or pre-cooked omelette, pork sausage, chicken sausage. Golden potatoes, yogurt, fruit, various breads, oatmeal, cereal, coffee, tea, hot chocolate. Pretty good size dining room as well. On the second floor. Second floor was also where the fitness center was. The floors were labeled with having vending machines on floors 4 and 7:00, but I could not find any. There was a snack area on the first floor where you could purchase snacks by scanning with self-checkout. Refrigerated items, frozen items, candy, chips, etc. The only thing the room really needed was a deep clean. Crevices and corners could have used some extra care and love. Outside of that, no complaints. Security key required to get into the hotel, as well as up the elevator.

Our suite was plenty spacious and had a fun urban/industrial vibe with exposed brick. The bed was more on the firm side, but that is my preference anyway! If you don't wanna go anywhere in the morning, they did have a complimentary breakfast, but again it is so perfectly located between tons of great restaurants. My only knock was that the customer service experience at the desk was a bit different between the night staff and the morning stuff. The young woman who is working overnight, seemed very preoccupied and slightly annoyed when I had some pretty basic questions. This was completely contrasted by the young woman who was working in the morning. I saw her going above and beyond whether it was making sure the trash left for breakfast was taken care of or checking us out. Having worked in hospitality, I understand that anybody can have a bad night, but overall our stay was great and we would definitely recommend this place for anyone coming in town from one of the major events or anyone just looking to have a fun staycation.
