It's the perfect mix of glam and masculine. They started me off with a tour and then I spent a bit of time in their relaxation lounge. The massage and body scrub were great! And I got the chance to try their infrared sauna. That was a first for me. I also had lunch before my facial. They also kindly offered wine or mimosas while I paused for lunch. Our normal barber moved to another salon so this was our first experience using Alicia. It's a Saturday and it was obvious she was busy and rushing. I've never seen a stylist move so quickly. She double booked our time, working on a color at the same time she was scheduled to cut my sons hair. She sat him in her chair but did not get to him for another 10 minutes. When she did she was moving very fast. I showed her a picture of what he wanted. As she cut and trimmed I realized it wasn't what we asked for so I walked up to show her the cut on my son from another photo I had. She cut me off saying she wasn't don't yet. Fair, so I sat back down. When she got finished I noticed it was not, in fact, what we asked for. I went ahead and paid and left. As we walked to the car my son complained about burning and scratching on his neck as she rushed through his hair cut. I looked at his neck and he was scratched and burned. He also had hair all over him, so I brought him back inside. She noticed when I walked back in and asked if something was wrong. She was washing the color out of her other customers hair so I quietly asked her to come speak with us when she finished. We waited patiently for 5 or 6 minutes then she finished and came over. I began explaining that I understood she was busy but had some concerns about his burns and hair all over him. Before I could mention the haircut was not what was asked for she trotted off to get her hair dryer. I followed with my son to try to continue our conversation and she turned the hair dryer on and started trying to blow the hair off from 2 feet away. I placed my hand on my son and on the hair dryer cord to create separation so I could talk, she went ballistic and started getting loud. At this point the whole salon knew what was going on. It's unfortunate because I was trying to keep it peaceful and private between us. She claimed I attacked her! I simply separated my son from the hair dryer so I could tell her that the cut needed to be fixed. She refused to acknowledge her hastiness, the burns on his neck or the terrible cut. She told me she was busy, her daughter had called several times and men's cuts shouldn't take long and he had cowlicks all over (which he doesn't and if she had wet his hair she would have known that) The owner was amazing and calm the whole time. She was apologetic and asked Alicia to to breath and calm down. I understand she was very busy, had a stressful few days and had personal things going on but that does not excuse the way she rushed through my sons cut, refused to listen to her customer and blew everything out of proportion. She had one excuse after another and had no interest in making anything right. Beware of Alicia during busy times. She has a short fuse. Ultimately we left with a terrible haircut, burns on his neck, and hair all over him because she made such a scene and we were so embarrassed.

The threading was precise and clean, and the henna tint looked natural and beautifully shaped. The facial was the highlight. It started with warm steam to relax me and open my pores, followed by a cleanse, gentle exfoliation, extractions, a mask, and a wonderful massage of my shoulders, neck, temples, and face. Keya, my esthetician, was thorough -- gentle where I needed it and firm but relaxing with her pressure where it counted. Afterward my face looked brighter and my skin felt so clean I didn't even want to touch it (lol). I'll be honest about why this meant so much: I'd had a facial here before with a different person that wasn't a good experience, and I'd left a detailed review about it. But the owner went out of her way to make it right -- she told me she valued my business and offered me a complimentary facial. Keya more than delivered. That kind of care, and the turnaround from my first visit, says everything about how this place treats its clients. The spa is spotless and welcoming, and everyone was so friendly. My daughter and I went in on Saturday afternoon for eye brow threading. This was not our first time…read morehere. They were crowded with no place to sit in the waiting area. There were two ladies doing eye brows, waxing etc. and two stylists doing hair. They were all pretty much stationed close to the entry door. We stood for a few minutes then were shown to a seat in an area towards the back. As this was not either of our first times to get our brows threaded, it was surprising how fast the lady did them. Needless to say neither of us were pleased with the results. I did not want to ask her to try to correct what she had done for fear of having them really botched. Usually when I have eye brow threading the person uses an antiseptic afterwards to sooth the area threaded, not here. She asked if I wanted her to use a filler to "shape" my brows, I said yes, then she tried to sell me the filler. First the price was $20 but when I declined, the price went to $15...which did not sit well with me. I declined her offer of course. The price for eye brow threading was $12 on THIS DAY...There are no prices posted mind you, but the price has been different every time I have been. The last time I was there I was originally told $14, when I questioned the price, she "remembered" that it should was $10. Today the price was $12. I did not question the lady because I was already unhappy with the whole experience. My daughter paid for both of us. We told the lady that we were together but she rung us up separately stating that she misunderstood. When I checked my daughter's online bank statement I discovered that she had been charged $12 for one of us and $14 for the other! Also, my daughter was not given a receipt, we were told that it would be texted to me as my number was in their system, I never received a text. I am very unhappy and will be going back this morning to show them where they charged too much. It is only $2 but for the sake of principle, I will let them know that I am aware of their poor business practices and basic dishonesty. Needless to say, I will never have any service done here and do not recommend them.
