Another highlight was the 60+ wine by the glass program, with different village wine, premiere cru and grand cru at various price points by the half glass or full glass. Seriously there is something for everyone. We started with a premiere cru Chablis, followed by a side by side Pommard, a Beaune premiere cru. Read a review that they were surprised that wine by the glass in "Europa" should not be more than a few euro a glass. In all honesty you are in Beaune in the center of Burgundy trying the world glass premiere cru / grand cru small producer wine. Worth every penny.
