The atmosphere was electric and this is how live music should be. The Green Man is one of the best bars I have ever visited anywhere in Europe. Great staff, friendly customers and a welcome haven from all those awful themed bars and pubs that roll out those horrible plastic environments. If you are in Besancon check it out.

Our group ordered burgers, the fish and chips, and pork belly tacos. All of the dishes were absolutely delicious. If we're to visit again, we'd order the sauce on the side for the tacos, but otherwise would reorder the same dishes with glee. I wish we took pics, but everything was devoured too quickly. Everything that came out of the kitchen looked just like the pics online. Service was great, ambiance was cozy, views were spectacular.

I asked if i could have some rice and a fried egg and she said no problem. she even put 2 eggs. The fries are homemade fries, crunchy but not hard. just right. She gave us a spicy spanish sauce, it was delicious. The steak had great flavor, cooked perfectly to my liking. I would definitely be coming back
