I fully enjoyed my one night stay at Le Meridian. I was in town for a work trip, and Le Meridian had everything I needed: downtown location, pool (too chilly to check out), gym, onsite resto... I had a king bed, nice sized desk, good wifi, great bath products, spacious room, restroom, closet space... Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I think the front desk person (Tucker?) was all smiles the entire time. Annex restaurant upstairs had great food (shout out to chef and bar staff). Would def stay again. Only room for improvement: wish the cafe had coconut milk (not everyone can have nut milks, sadly), and bath product pumps were a bit faulty. Thankfully, I had my own. read more

I stayed at the Le Méridien Fort Worth while in town for business and to keep my Gold status alive. I wanted something close to my dinner plans and this property came up at a good business rate, so I went for it. Check-in was smooth and quick--no issues. The room was surprisingly spacious, very clean, and nicer than I expected for a quick work trip. The bed was super comfortable, which I really appreciated after a long day. My biggest complaint is the mandatory valet. Driving and parking in downtown Fort Worth can already be a bit of a hassle, and having no self-parking option made it more annoying than it needed to be. Not a deal-breaker, but definitely something to know before booking. Overall, aside from the valet inconvenience, it was a great, clean, comfortable stay. I wasn't there long, but I'd absolutely consider staying here again. Good choice if you're looking for a reliable Marriott option in Fort Worth. read more

This space is absolutely beautiful. It is a great place to come for a cocktail and relax and chat with friends after a long day or on the weekend and enjoy the view sitting outside on the patio. I had the opportunity to meet chef Damien Lopez. He had a great presentation for all his food and it was absolutely delicious. My favorite was the desserts. He made an amazing chocolate cupcake, and a raspberry cake definitely visit this place your next time in Fort Worth. This was a complementary experience through a yelp event, but definitely needed to give the chef a shout out. read more

The Annex at Le Méridien Hotel We ended up at The Annex after a recommendation from another hotel while looking for a rooftop spot to enjoy the downtown view and a relaxed atmosphere. There was a DJ that night who played a great variety of music -- and at just the right volume. We could still have a real conversation, which made all the difference. The food, though a limited menu, and drinks were amazing. Seating options cover all the bases: inside, outside, and a 360° panoramic view area (standing only) that gives you the full skyline experience. BEWARE. Atrocious. Hosted a business meeting here, bringing them roughly 30 rooms for multiple nights, plus the conference facility fees and F&B. This hotel does not allow on-site self parking; you are forced to allow the valet to take your vehicle unless you want to chance public parking a couple blocks away. Valet caused $6K in damage and refused any responsibility - even after seeing photos of the undamaged vehicle they took possession of upon check-in. Hotel blamed the 3rd-party valet vendor and refused to take any responsibility. Both suggested my insurance company should Just pay up. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. Book literally anything else. read more

We stayed here on November 11, 2025, to celebrate a special event - it was noted in the check-in comments beforehand. When we arrived at the hotel, the reception was lukewarm and subpar. I've stayed at numerous Marriott properties, and because of my status, the greetings are usually much warmer and much more informative. The initial desk staff we interacted with was just short - the second we interacted with was just rude. The room was not supplied with body wash and the room phone was inoperative - two things we found out at the most inopportune time, unfortunately. When we went to check out, all the front desk staff wanted to know was how I wanted the receipt. When I told him, he just said "ok" and turned away, apparently done with me. It was fine, though, as both he and another coworker were getting new ones chewed into them by another disgruntled guest. I brought all of this to the attention of the manager - especially regarding the level of service compared to other properties - he invited us to come out and stay AGAIN so he could make it right. Thanks, but I will spend $300 elsewhere. Besides all that, it is a beautiful property and conveniently located. Otherwise, you may be better off at another Marriott property in the downtown area. read more

DO NOT STAY HERE! My daughter and son-in-law were charged nearly $500 for allegedly smoking in their hotel room, despite the fact that neither of them has ever smoked a cigarette or used a vape. They have stayed more than 100 nights at Marriott hotels this year and have never had an issue like this. They strongly dispute the charge and feel they were unfairly and accused. The hotel apparently uses an air-quality monitoring system that reportedly showed a high reading. However, I have since read that these types of monitors can potentially be triggered by things such as hairspray, cologne, or other airborne products. If that is the sole basis for a nearly $500 charge, there should be much more evidence before accusing guests of smoking. Other guests online have reported similar experiences, which makes this situation even more concerning. To make matters worse, the hotel staff was extremely rude and unprofessional when the issue was raised. We are extremely disappointed with the way this was handled and would urge others to think twice before staying here. read more

I feel pretty confident in rating this place as a solid 4-star yelp experience. Pros: - The room was reasonably priced. - The room was clean - The staff were all friendly and polite - Most of the amenities worked (see below) - The lobby "restaurant" (and I use that term generously) had a good selection of beverages. - Good proximity to everything. 4 blocks away from Starbucks. Plenty of good spots to eat. Neutral: - There was a mild confusion during checkin and I got sent to another person's room (thankfully door was locked but it was a little odd). I understand that accidents happen though and the frontdeka was apologetic and comped breakfast. What I wouldn't do is valet park a car. I had a very early flight out of DFW the last morning of my stay. I was assured the valet would be there at 4am. He was not. The location was prime, the valet service worked well. The hotel staff was amazing. The elevator system was state of the art and innovative. The newly renovated room was pretty, decorated nicely, the bed comfortable and the high city view quickly made up for no balconies. The price was right! The pool stayed true to Sunday Funday with a DJ, drinks and convenient room service. Annex rooftop was a vibe but not enough individual chairs for couples to not take up a whole couch. 10/10 would recommend read more

Find a different hotel. You can do better. The hotel looks great. It's well kept. The valet boys are super kind. All the people I encountered at the desk were excellent. They have great personalities. The maids really didn't want to work - every day they suggested I didn't want service for the room and I had to keep saying yes, I do. There is a door leading in from 8th. It's always locked. Breakfast was a rip off. I asked for extra crispy bacon, and never got it. I suspect the kitchen staff are simply incompetent. The potatoes were hard, as if fried yesterday, then over microwaved until hard as rocks. Kevin couldn't seem to speak English nor understand English. When I tried to explain what extra crispy bacon mean, he interpreted it as I wanted an extra serving of bacon. When someone came with an extra serving of bacon after I finished breakfast, I told them I didn't order an extra serving of bacon. But they billed me for it anyway. Total ripoff for a breakfast. They don't fill any of the waterglasses. I don't think they know what waterglasses are for. They don't fill them and don't ask. They don't serve utensils unless you ask. Find a different hotel. A pressing matter to the management at annex - please staff drink curators accordingly to customers. First timer & decided to stop by for a night cap before dinner on a Saturday night & discovered one sensational mixologist, Eric, trying his best to keep afloat with the inundating requests of cocktails. We almost missed our dinner reservation since there was a delay in our waiting time for cocktails. HR please make sure you have more than one bartender on a bustling weekend. My review is for the rooftop bar The Annex. I'm a local and saw photos from the rooftop and needed it try it out. The space is gorgeous and is cozy inside and out. Went around 5pm on a Friday and it wasn't super busy yet which was nice. Bartender Tiffany was super friendly and attentive!! The outside view was as good as the photos - the only improvement is that they could add heaters so it was versatile during the colder nights. Overall, gorgeous and good drinks. For almost 200 dollars a night (and WELL OVER 200 a night including parking), this stay was a complete rip off. I stayed for 6 days and 5 nights. When I arrived, they put me in a room with broken AC. And instead of walking me up my new key, they made me drag my heavy bags down to the lobby to get the new key (after I told them not to give me a room a mile away from the elevator as I had a ton of heavy luggage). When I arrived at the front, the woman made me AGAIN show my ID (I literally was there 10 min ago and showed the employee standing right next to her my ID) and I had to DIG through my luggage to get my ID. I know it sounds small but it shows customer service was very clearly not at all a priority (proven even more later in my review). On day 3, my coffee maker broke a the big light in the room went out. I told the person at the front desk in the morning and he barely even acknowledged me and I had to offer my room number, he didn't even ask. Surprise surprise, when I got back the coffee maker was still broken and light still out. I then told the late afternoon staff who assured me it would be taken care of while I was out to dinner. I didn't arrive back for another 5 hours and it wasn't fixed. So I didn't get coffee the next morning. The girl at the front did have the chef get me coffee but it was way late as I didn't have my morning coffee. That day they brought up a new coffee maker that made coffee that smelled like burnt plastic so I didn't get coffee my last morning either. The light bulb was never replaced. The cleaning crew threw away several of my items. One of which is a stopper for my face cleanser so it doesn't explode during travel, well since it was thrown out, surprise! My bottle exploded. Lastly, the walls were paper thin. I was EXHAUSTED from a week of straight meetings and I was JOLTED awake SO MANY times due to loud neighbors and people simply walking in the hallway. If you want to spend close to 250 dollars a month to deal with horrible customer service and sub par facilities, I would recommend a stay here! read more

Save yourself. Had very high expectations, yet was quickly disappointed right of the bat. Super rude women front desk staff -- acted as if we were a complete chore. The biggest drawback was the valet. I've never had a worse valet experience in my life. Not only was it MANDATORY to valet for $60 a night, but it was horrible service every time we came and went (about 4x a day). First off, the app to request your vehicle doesn't work whatsoever. Every time we requested our vehicle prior to leaving the hotel room no one had even started to go get it from the ramp by the time we made it downstairs. Not to mention, each staff member looked at us expecting a tip each time? No one opened our doors, said hello, or even checked if we were staying at the hotel. Our car sat unattended and unlocked for 5 minutes while staff members played the guitar and sat on their phones. When our car finally arrived, the stereo had been changed and the seat was about 5 feet further back than we had our settings set to. Appears the staff enjoyed a late night joyride through the city. When we discussed our concerns with the front desk they told us "they have never of any complaints" -- not a super customer focused reply. In terms of our actual hotel room, it was quite pleasant, minus the poop smear on the wall next to the toilet and the leftover socks from the previous guest left in the drawer. When we stayed here, we were told it had just open 30 days ago. We were wowed by the interiors of the hotel, such a cool vibe. We had drinks at the Annex, their rooftop bar/restaurant, which had plenty of spaces to sit and enjoy the downtown views. Our room was so spacious and beautifully decorated, we had the King suite that had a seperate living area! We had a view of the beautiful pool, but only stayed one night and didn't get a chance to use it! We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Fort Worth! read more

This is a new hotel. We rented two of the largest suites when we visited FW and TCU after our son was accepted. The rooms are big and well appointed. The only complaints we have were that the high touch point surfaces were dirty (nothing Clorox wipes couldn't fix), it was noisy, there is no view, and valet parking is $89/night. I've been a dentist for almost 20 years, working in cardiac rehab before that, spending that time warning against the dangers of smoking and tobacco products. So it was much to my surprise that this hotel charged a smoking/vape fee to my bill hours after I had checked out and left the state. So, I looked back at my two-night stay and pondered . . . hmmm after 48 years of life and never touching a cigarette/vape, did I really check into this hotel and one hour after check-in (yes, the sensors are time-stamped) light it up?! Well dang, I sure didn't. Did I light a candle or incense? Wait, that would just be weird. But you know what they say, where there's no smoke, there's a predatory smoke detector waiting to charge you $500! I've been repeatedly refused a refund by hotel management, and Marriott customer service is standing behind that despite my many phone calls and requests to look into this. This is a great addition to the downtown area. We enjoyed our stay here, but it definitely has some kinks to work out to earn 5 stars from us. None of those kinks involve staff. They were great. It's things like rain from the Penthouse rooftop deck making dangerous puddles in the Annex, running out of towels in the pool area and gym, and the threads in our showerhead not being sealed. None of these things will prevent us from returning, and we wish them well. read more

Came in from out of town for the 4th to have a few drinks at the rooftop and to see some fireworks, the bartender with the red hair seemed a little intoxicated and other male bartender was very cold and rude when we ordered, spoke to the managers Alex and justice and they were both amazing, very professional great management! If you wear cologne or use hairspray, or spray air freshener after you use the bathroom, dont stay here. They have sensors in the rooms that can not tell the difference between airisol, cologne, or anything that will change the chemical composition in the air. They will wait until you check out and charge you a $500 smoking fee. Natter what proof you have, they will not remove the charge from your credit card.
