The massage was fantastic, it started with compliments of water or coffee. Then warm stones on your feet and relaxation with a warm towel on your neck. The foot massage was fabulous. I highly recommend. Also the establishment offers so many services I'm sure you'll not be disappointed.

Facial felt like she had no idea of order or steps. I have had many facials this place was new to me yes but,it was not just oh a different place. NO she missed the areas past my cheekbones both sides to include the entire time. I would also highly recommend being aware when you are over someone that sometimes after eating or drinking that mints are so needed or water. This was an experience that I was just counting down when the treatment would be over the whole time. I did not relax at all. This was the sealing of no return when I left and got into my car I looked in the mirror both sides of my nose in the crease and above had white product left on. This is such unprofessional salon service. People pay hard earned money for a relaxing experience Could not of been more disappointed ! As for the the massage. I had the new member of the salon just my luck and while it was probably gonna be a learning curve for technique. I was on the receiving end of this. As I said could not get past thinking when is this over and yes I had the massage first so being disappointed I was so hopeful for the facial and ended with those same thoughts for both. There is no way I would want to say at the time to embarrass or be hurtful that it was awful ,but It was definitely that.

I have always been satisfied with my laser hair removal treatments at Advanced Aesthetics Medical…read moreSpa. Their lasers are very effective and I've always gotten great results. I've gone to two other places for these treatments and this place has been able to reduce hair growth the quickest of them all. Their facility is clean and their staff is professional. You need to make sure you shave really well before laser hair removal because the laser needs to find the hair follicle under the skin to zap it. I always bring a razor with me and the person doing my treatment will tell me if I missed a spot so I can get it. I started going here after getting a Groupon. When I found out that I could get the same low prices without having to get the Groupon. This place is highly effective and a bargain. I've been out as a queer/lesbian woman with all of the staff members had. Everyone has been really positive. During my last treatment, I had a great conversation about trans issues with one of the staff members. She told me that trans women come in to get treatments and asked me a couple of questions about trans issues after I encouraged her to do so. I feel very comfortable coming here as a queer woman, but am cis-gendered. So I do not have first-hand feedback on what it is like to get a treatment while trans.

My Personal Experience at Beaute Solutions (Photos Attached)…read moreIn October 2024, I underwent an Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) treatment at Beaute Solutions, LLC. I initially reached out only for SMP removal, and in my patient portal request, I stated: "SMP removal. Key interest in not damaging any hair follicles." I was then offered IPL in addition to SMP removal. Before and during the procedure, I expressed hesitation about treating my beard area. I specifically asked if it could be excluded, as I was only interested in targeting dark spots on my forehead. I was reassured by the provider that IPL would not harm my follicles--that it had "nothing to do with the follicle" and was safe. Based on that reassurance, I agreed to proceed. During the session, I felt sharp pain when the IPL passed over my beard--similar to laser hair removal. I voiced concern multiple times and was told it was normal, so I continued. Soon after, I began noticing streaks and patches of hair loss in my beard area, following the exact paths of the IPL. In the days that followed, it worsened. Dark, coarse hairs vanished, leaving only fine light hairs behind. Concerned, I consulted a board-certified hair restoration specialist in November 2024. His diagnosis: the IPL had permanently damaged my follicles. The only remedy would be a $12,000+ FUE transplant using donor hair from my armpit, due to previous procedures limiting other options. I reached out to the clinic almost immediately via the patient portal and exchanged messages through November. I was hoping to resolve the matter directly and respectfully. At one point, I received a call from someone named Robert (possibly the COO), who briefly mentioned a potential refund. However, while I was still attempting direct communication, I was contacted by the clinic's liability insurer on December 31, 2024. From that point forward, I was instructed not to contact the clinic or staff again--everything had to go through the insurer. He also stated that Beaute denied any wrongdoing and provided information on how to file a liability claim. Reluctantly, I filed the claim, submitting medical documentation, photographs, and the hair restoration specialist's assessment. The claim was ultimately denied. No corrective support or refund was provided. I want to emphasize: I never set out to escalate this. I did not want legal action. From the beginning, I just wanted to have an honest conversation, be heard, and find a solution. Unfortunately, that opportunity was shut down once the insurer stepped in. For context, the clinic has patients sign an agreement prohibiting negative reviews, with potential legal consequences. I am aware of that, and I am not making accusations--just sharing my personal experience, supported by documentation, in the interest of transparency. My goal was always to resolve this privately, respectfully, and directly. What made this harder was the tone of the communication. The provider didn't acknowledge that the IPL could have caused this, and instead suggested either that nothing had happened or that I must've had something else done elsewhere. That made me feel dismissed--as if my experience wasn't valid. All I ever wanted was a compassionate and collaborative conversation. I'm still open to that, but after months of trying, I've been left without support or acknowledgment. I'm sharing this sincerely and in good faith, so others can make informed decisions--and so providers are reminded of the importance of listening when patients report harm.

I've been a member at this…read morelocation since 2017, and the service and EWC products overall have gone down substantially--to the point I attended the Main Street location for services (ultimately the same). I just waited 15 minutes for a service (eyebrows) that takes the same amount of time. While I'm appreciative of the $10 credit towards products after inquiring at 3pm why I'm still waiting when my appointment was at 2:45pm, the end result is no longer worth the investment. I only had one service left (today) on my wax pass and will go to a technician who specializes in eyebrows. What I got today was wasn't bad but meh. One significant difference I've noticed over the years is how quickly hair grows back (for eyebrows and south of the border). With a company that's releasing 50 different "slow growth" products under the sun, this makes sense to keep customers coming back for waxes and products to reduce growth. (Not seeing the result you want? Buy more products.) Kudos to those who do see results, but I've body washed and polished. Hasn't worked for me, and one of the products might've caused a rash. The *biggest* issue I have with EWC as a whole is that, for south of the border waxes, waxers don't get all of the hair which requires you to come back in for a touch-up appointment. (If you didn't know, you have five-ish days to rebook an appointment for missed hair at no cost. Not sure how or if this is advertised. I only found out last year.) And I'm not talking about someone popping in with hair as thick as a hedges. Without fail, there's almost always a small section that was missed or not thoroughly waxed I find when I get home. (I've had different EWC waxers at different locations. No one gave me a mirror to inspect.) It happened last month at this location and previously at the Main Street location before that. Having to schedule touch-ups after waxing gets annoying. There's a limited window to do so, and if the service did what it needed to do in the first place, we could all save time wasted redoing the entire appointment. *Another* issue I have is that waxers have but so many times they can wax an area. So if they wax your leg, and after the number EWC says is the limit, you have to come back for a touch-up. One waxer at this location last year tried to *tweeze* remaining hair on my cooch before she told me about the touch-up appointments. There wasn't a chance in this world I was sitting through that! My hair (*with* "slow growth" products) almost always grows back less than a week after my wax. What's funny is I started purchasing an at-home wax kit two months ago to give myself a south of the border wax. Not only did it last longer than EWC, but it was a third of the price. Also echoing another review of how rushed waxers get. Speaking to some waxers, their schedules are packed, which means stronger chances to wax off something by mistake or not do the best job. The turnover at EWC is WILD! There was a time not too long ago when the person I saw was gone, so I got someone else. That someone else left (for whatever reason), so there was someone else. Not the same as it used to be, so it's time to move on.
