I was very nervous and unsure about making the financial commitment for Gentle Slim treatments, it just seemed to good to be true. The manager, Lisa answered all of my questions and I decided to take the plunge. However, I was still dubious after the first 4 treatments as I didn't feel there was a noticeable change in the treated area (abdomen). Then suddenly, the fat just seemed to be disappearing! After 8 treatments, not only I, but my husband and friends could really see a change. I am just finishing up my 10 treatment session. I am very pleased with the results. At about the half way point I had lost 5 inches in the stomach area. I already had a exercise routine and drank lots of water before I started here, but could not lose that stubborn mid area. It is so exciting to put on a pair of jeans and not have that belly hanging over the pant line. It really does give you so much more confidence! After the very first treatment I received,I immediately saw results. I have been an active member of my gym for over six years (and over 20 years combined with other gyms). Hi, My results in just about five weeks were fantastic! Even though I was not technically overweight, I had a big belly. I lost one and three quarter inches of the largest measurement on my belly and also lost in the area above and below my largest problem area. In addition, I have changed my diet to exclude high calorie sweets and sugar items and include healthy foods so that my investment in a smaller stomach will not be undermined by bad habits!
