Then the receptionist forced my friend to tip on both my reservation and her reservation instead of letting us check out separately. I would not recommend this spa because I had to waste my time later trying to get to the bottom of the discrepancy in the charge. Don't waste your time here!

We pretty easily found the location thanks to the neon green SPA sign affixed to the wall - stylish and helpful! Upon arriving, our services are started on time and neither of us had any complaints. My massage therapist was a bit of a talker which I didn't mind (I'm also sure I could have asked for less or communication if I desired) and I was very relaxed throughout, nearly dozing off a couple times including during the facial. Once we wrapped up, they provided us with hot tea and we oriented ourselves comfortably in the lobby before exiting. Jessica (aside from her remarkably reasonable and great prices) is that she knows how to say "no" when she believes the patient doesn't need something doing, and she isn't afraid to do so.....which, in my opinion, is the very best trait in any kind of cosmetic surgeon/dermatologist....if only Michael Jackson had gone to Dra. Jessica back in the day. All of the staff are really lovely at O'Life, very welcoming and nice, and the offices are awesome too. Can't recommend O'Life highly enough.... ten out of ten.
