This location is very easy to find as it's off the main drag of Carnaby street just off to the side. The black paint and signage make it easy to spot. The inside was clean and not overdone so you can really focus on the pieces there. I've always wanted a piece from here but was apprehensive because of the prices (I'm just cheap, the pieces are quality and reasonable for the craftsmanship) but mainly because since all of the pieces are custom made to your size, the items need to be shipped. Told myself for years I'd just go to their Los Angeles store but never did. It's so much more special getting a piece here though as the Great Frog originated here. Staff member named Jaws helped me out and was a lovely human being. Approachable and helpful, not pushy but made me feel good about my purchase. Walked me through sizing me for a ring and talked prices and shipping. Also was friendly that we got off topic talking about life and overall just a nice person who made the experience A+. I'm so happy with my rock n roll ring purchase that I'll be a fan going forward. If you love badass jewelry with a rock n roll edge and history, this shop is the one for you.

They even had Slughorn's hourglass and Gryffindor's sword! The mirror on the wall is between a narrow hallway where some Harry Potter stuff are displayed and a wall on the left, so it's very cramped in that area. This is one of my two complaints. The other complaint is that the employees there are so down-on-the-dumps or have that "ok let's get this day over with" attitude. They were helpful in that they helped me view and get everything I asked for, but they were so monotonous and dull that it's like they've never been delighted in their lives before. Two more things before I end this.. I have to talk about the University of Oxford gear and British souvenirs. The other half of this store had University of Oxford gear and accessories on sale as well. There's a good variety of ties, jackets, sweaters, etc. on sale. In the middle of the store, there are typical British souvenirs you see in London. You can get everything you need here and they also sell things for wedding, hen nights, stag do's and other generic parties. As well as costumes you can buy they also have a large range of fancy dress costumes to hire! In the past i have hired a scarlet o hara costume! When it was my friends hen night we were able to get L plate and hen night balloons, willy straws, party bag items and dares! Using just for fun i have managed to dress up as a cowgirl, a black fairy, a moulin rouge girl and scarlet o hara! I really want to try there tinkerbell costume as well as it looks so cute! Make sure you get in there early on special occasions. For example on Halloween at about 1pm it was one in one out at the door! If this is the case there is a larger store in Hedge End.
