Our only regret is that we didn't trust Katy's guidance 100% of the time early on, because it turned out she was always right. She has excellent relationships with all the vendors and will get you great rates and service, while making sure the wedding is personalized, creative, and unique to the couple. We unexpectedly had to change venues for our rehearsal dinner 5 days before the event due to covid, and she managed it all with ease, securing new decor, transportation etc, always staying on top of the smallest details. Despite the crazy times, she maintained a positive attitude and kept us as calm as possible. Bridal Bliss also uses Rock Paper Coin, which makes payment tracking and vendor management easy. She helped preserve the fun of planning a wedding with my daughter by being the knowledgeable voice in the middle. When my daughter wanted things done early that I thought could wait, Carolyn explained why we should get them done--and when we were getting ahead of ourselves, she told us when to pause. We trusted her guidance completely. As the wedding approached, Carolyn was always calm, available, and several steps ahead. When our DJ cancelled two weeks before the wedding, she already had solutions.
