I worked with Carisa for an entire year planning three large out of town events at Coopers Hall, CH Northeast, and Amaterra Winery. Okay so *I'm* skeptical when I see 5 star reviews for wedding/event planners too: "Okay, which friend did they recruit to write this?" But no: Adornment Events was recommended to me by a friend who had nothing but great things to say, and from our first meeting, Carisa exceeded all my expectations. I was planning a fundraiser that was going to be modeled after a wedding, and Carisa and the Adornment team thought of things I hadn't, anticipated problems and solved them before they even happened, and communicated with me exactly how and how often I wanted to be updated. She and the team also changed gears quickly when I asked for a couple changes, and when the wedding was threatened by a snowstorm, she and the team were committed to getting to the location whether the event ended up happening or not (the snowstorm didn't happen, and the event was a huge success!). Additionally, the vendors that she partners with are top-notch and I know I wouldn't have found them on my own.
