I have only had one groomer that I did not care for and avoided scheduling with her but got her again because the groomer my dog was scheduled to see was running behind. I gave her another chance but still did not like her work. She is probably gone now anyway so not worth mentioning her name. Also, their prices are pretty high. I have changed to a new mobile groomer that will come to my house for much cheaper. I will still use Woof Gang in a pinch. I don't dislike them but for the cost I would like consistency. The staff is always friendly and my dog feels comfortable there. I mean as comfortable as a dog can seem while getting a bath and cut lol.
