After traveling 45 minutes to get to Cedarhurst, I show her the screenshot, and she tells me she has to charge me $80.00 more for (what she called) medium length hair. I said that we agreed on the price and she said the fine print on the Groupon said it would be a little more for medium hair. I didn't use the Groupon and she would not honor the price. Needless to say, I was so aggravated, that I finally walked out. GO THERE if you WANT to get ripped off. I don't think the owner would be happy how they handle the customer!!

As long as you are aware that the straightener is activated by heat so if water touches your hair it goes back being a bit wavy. Reason why I deducted a star: I went here using a Groupon. I paid $99 (before tax) for the Groupon. Per the Groupon the cost is $99 for $200 worth of treatment. But there's no such thing as a sale ... you're paying somehow. When I arrived I was told due to my hair length and thickness I had to pay an extra $60. Per the Groupon I should have gotten $200 worth of services. Per the price list I only needed $139 or $189 worth of services (depending on which price list you look at). I'm a numbers person and I hate when it doesn't make sense. But Daniela did a great job and my hair looks great and I perhaps might go back ‍
