We originally reserved some items a year in advance and made several changes throughout the year and they easily revised the contract right up to the time of the event. Ordering on the website made it easy, and they offer some different options. We particularly liked the walnut farm tables with the oversized table runner and gold beaded glass chargers. Everything had to be delivered to two sites 100 miles from their store and the deliveries were on time and the delivery people were very willing to drop the items where we needed them. Since rental places in Arnold (where my wedding was) are limited I spoke with someone who said we could pick up the chairs on Friday and return Sunday/Monday. Perfect! One thing to cross off the list. I received the invoice via email and was relieved. In August I get a phone call to confirm my chairs. They were doing inventory and had a large event Friday and I could no longer pick them up the night before and wouldn't be available until late Saturday morning. Knowing that it would be my family (the father and brother of the bride) picking them up I was very upset. After a few phone calls we were assured that they would be available by 9am Saturday. Still not what I was promised but they made it work! Also Friday we were doing counts of tablecloths and realized we were short a few. I was able to call and reserve some to be picked up with the chairs. That was perfect. Again, everything worked out but did cause a little stress. Thanks again. Updated: Wow. The night before the event they brought the tent and it was extremely dirty (pictures attached.) The tent tarp also was 10 feet bigger than the base so it was sunken in. When I called I was told I would get refunded for the tent because they actually knew it wasn't the right size. Plus the condition it was in. It has now almost been a month, I've reached out twice and have gotten no response. I didn't mind the tables being in poor shape because at least they were covered by linens. Or the chairs that had rust stains, because I could at least clean that up. Overall I had a bad experience, and I wouldn't recommend anyone to this company.

The month prior to the party, we met at the site and walked the space to get a visual of where everything was going and all extra details. The day of the grad party, Erika and her assist, Suzy, arrived on time and ready to set up. We had ordered: entrance signage and balloons out front of the venue, five balloon bunches as table toppers, a large gold ring w/ balloons and a cream lounge chair, I even ordered tablecloths for the dining tables from Erika. The balloon gold ring back drop (for the photo ops) was SO adorable, everyone loved it. The table balloon bunches were perfect on the dining tables and the ribbons too, on the bunches were beautiful, many strings of ribbon and bows. It was beyond perfection and made the room so adorable. Erika and Suzy also came back after the party was over and gathered their items and helped tear down the balloons, which I really appreciated.
