Over all, it was a good experience…read more We really only need a couple hundred glasses for our bar service and they had nice looking glassware. They were communicative and friendly. The reason for the 4/5 stars is because their delivery and pick up prices are crazy in my opinion (maybe im out of touch, who knows). It cost $250 to rent 200 cocktail glasses (reasonable, i think?). It cost an additional $500 for delivery and pick up. They are located in Rancho and our event was Cool, CA (near auburn), its about 30 miles from their store front but if I recall correctly, their storage/self pick up is in Roseville. It was $300 for their delivery and they said because our pick up was after hours (10pm), it cost an additional $200. I get it, they have to pay drivers, gas, etc but for an events company that deals with a lot of weddings, you would assume picking up the items same day is not a crazy ask, especially because a lot of venues have back to back weddings friday-sunday. All in cost for 200 bar glasses was $776. Overall, i'm happy nothing went wrong, they were very pleasant to work with and im stoked to not have to plan another wedding again LOL.

Sad to do this to a small business, but Malika took our special day/ gender reveal away from us…read moreessentially. We understand mistakes happen and there are malfunctions, but in an industry like this when you are hosting a large party and your product is the highlight of the event you better be sure your product is rock solid. We used her for the tnt blast to reveal our babies gender. Sadly the blast was a dud. Our guests along with us were left confused initially. When we questioned Malika she said one of our kids may have caused the wires to become disconnected. She also went on to say she has never worked with event which had kids at a gender reveal. Not once were we told that the wires were sensitive or to not step on them. Only instruction we were given was don't push down too soon because the TNT blast box was sensitive. We took the excuse she gave us for the failure at face value and left it alone, but after further review of all the photos and video along with surveillance footage in my back yard I could clearly see neither one of my kids stepped on a wire during the reveal count down, and this was simply a error on her part and she took 0 accountability. Not only was the reveal ruined but we were left feeling ripped off.
