The salmon tartare looked a little too mushy (probably the tomatoes), but it was nicely salted and okay. First bite also had a scale in it. The gizzard salad with some nuts and raw vegetables was excellent. Gizzards are underappreciated. I regret not ordering this for myself. The duck confit with peach sauce came with some roasted new potatoes. It looked bare and boring on the plate, but it was standard, meaning solid and good. Nice crisp on the skin and a nice sauce for the duck. The profiterole had a lot of chocolate, but the pastry itself was underwhelming. The crème brûlée was crème brûlée - i.e. can't go wrong.
