I wish the veggies would have been more substantial like broccoli or cauliflower, but I don't think they have that in Switzerland. I have been searching for it and can't find and may e that's why I'm craving it. Anyway, my husband had the bruschetta and he said it was good. The English speaking chef came to help us choose our menu. What a great surprise with his recommendations. The food is individual freshly prepared. Pasta is steaming hot and seafood salad is loaded with a variety of seafoods. The Italian ham, melon, avocado, grapes and mixed seasoning greens are so fresh and appetizing.
