Well....I hit the jackpot. This place is fantastic. Alexa gave me the best haircut and color I've had in years. I went in thinking about matching the color I've used in the previous place. Disappointing Experience - Would Not Recommend…read more Being new to the area, I gave this salon a few tries for both cuts and color. Unfortunately, my experiences were consistently disappointing. On one occasion, a stylist applied my hair color using a dry brush, pulling so hard while putting in the hair dye that I had to ask multiple times for her to stop yanking my hair back. My hair is already fragile, so this was incredibly uncomfortable and concerning. I eventually found a stylist I liked for color, but when I booked an appointment with her in the morning, I ended up sitting there for over 25 minutes before I had to ask what was going on--only to be told that she had completely forgotten about me. I had taken time off work for this appointment, which made the situation even more frustrating. After I left, she texted me an apology and asked if I wanted to reschedule. Absolutely not. Beyond these specific incidents, the salon itself has a cold, dreary, and somewhat snobby atmosphere. The pricing is also way too high for the level of service provided. It seems like hairstylists rent their own booths, so you might get lucky with one person, but overall, I cannot recommend this place.
