I reread the label to see if they got my order wrong, and I saw it was "--pefruit lemon jasmine --en tea), --- gar, 30% ice." Clearly the label was cut off, so I don't know if they misheard my sweetness level, or if 30% was truly that sugar bomb I drank. They did technically get my drink name wrong as well, though lemon should've made my drink more sour, not sweet. I couldn't taste any tea flavor at all--not sure if I buy the whole "fresh fruit juice used" on their website, because I've had grapefruit juice before, and it should not taste artificial fruit syrup sweetner. The pearls themselves were on the soft side, but I didn't have too many qualms with that. I have had Truedan in San Francisco and have only had good drinks with them, so I figured that given that they're a chain, they would be consistent, but this visit was unfortunately disappointing.
