But honestly, this coffee shop is so good, we'd come here even if it weren't by the water or cute shops. The coffee and tea and pastries and sandwiches are THAT good, and the staff is nice, too. Bonus! In the summer there is a small but cute patio out the back where you can sit on bistro chairs, or out in front where there are also a few tables and chairs. The interior can get packed in the fall and winter, but we've always managed to get a table or, if we're really lucky, a booth at the front. (Note: we've had best luck when going in early). I swear by the chai lattes here. They are delicious. My friend is gluten-intolerant, so she often gets one of their gluten-free pastries. At our last visit, we shared a Rice Krispie "square" and, I swear, it was the best, gooiest Rice Krispie "square" I've ever had in my life. It was unusual because I was not used to the powder but rather the tea bags. The host at the cashier was really kind and provided wonderful service. They have tons of seatings.
