Took two suits to be altered because the skirts were too big, I paid her in cash. Three weeks later when I tried on the suits they were still too big. She had only hemmed the sleeve and moved the elastic band in the waist. Because she came highly recommended by friends they told me to take back, she will fix them. She told me because I don't have the receipt and she didnt remember she will have to recharge me for the same thing. I reminded her of our conversation, that she is band for life from casinos in Battle Creek and Detroit, she can only go to the one in Grand Rapids. I had asked if she had Zelle or PayPal she said just cash or check. Because of dishonesty, I would not recommend her as she did not stand by the work i paid her for nor discounted the new work, which meant I would have paid twice. I guess she need gas money to get to a new casino if she's banned from the latest one for dishonesty. read more

Le not only did shotty work, they ruined my pants. I took an expensive pair of work pants to them for hemming. To start, they hemmed them too short. Then the hem came out the first time I wore them. I went back to the store and they did re-hem them for free. However, the hem came out AGAIN after one month. So, I took the pants to another tailor. Come to find out - Le cut my pants instead of just hemming them up! The cut wasn't even or the same length for both legs! The pants were ruined. read more

I will NEVER use this Le dry cleaner again!! They are dishonest and cheat. My husband took in a bridesmaid dress for me. He made the mistake of not asking the price up front. When I went in to pick up my dress, I realized that they did not accept debit cards. I ran across the street to the ATM while they found my item in the back. When I can back, the women kept complaining that it was "a big dress". I would not call a size 8 satin sheath dress big! I just looked at her confused . She then rang me up and said $30. I was shocked! I tried to argue with her but she just kept yelling $30 at me. I finally paid her and went home fuming. Once home I looked at the receipt and noticed that it had originally said $20 and that the 2 in $20 had been changed to a 3! She decided to charge me more while I was at the ATM! I am not impressed at all by the establishment. We took our 200 dollar comforter to be dry cleaned after a puppy accident. We got the comforter back tonight and the stain appears to be gone, but the other corner of the comforter is destroyed. There are multiple new stains and a few holes in the corner. I am completely appalled at what they call "clean." I will be contact the establishment for a refund of at least my dry cleaning fee if not the cost of the comforter as a whole. DO NOT USE THIS CLEANERS! THEY ARE OVERPRICED AND THE RESULTS ARE PATHETIC! read more

Was very disappointed after being referred to Le by a friend who had good luck. Took a $300 dress in simply to be hemmed. Le told me that she needed to cut off the black stripe at the bottom and it could not be replaced. Even though I was hesitant I needed it done. After picking it up I took it home and tried it on, the hem is not even straight. My dress is now too short and has a cheap looking hem. My dress does not even lay flat, it wrinkles due to the hem. She said it would be TWO WEEKS! It was $30 and I won't be going back. read more
