Best massage in Norman. Went in today for a couples massage with my husband as an early Valentines gift for us both. It was amazing! We've been to other spas in Norman and this was definitely the best. Booked the appt online and it was easy as could be. The price was affordable too. The facility was clean and smelled wonderful. This was the best massage and best facial I've ever had in my entire life! My massage was done by Holly. She's a sweet, short blonde woman who saw me immediately. She had me out on a robe (the one that is strapless), which was totally weird for the massage since she can't get my back...I fixed this when she started massaging my lower back against the robe...too weird LOL. She gave me a Swedish massage and added hot towels for my feet and face. So sweet! Her pressure was incredibly good-a perfect medium. It was the pressure slightly before painful pressure which is PERF. She got all my areas--I was super tight all over! I love the way she massages my neck, agh. Now I'm regretting not booking 80 min!! I melted afterwards--all my muscles are completely relaxed and she hit the right pressure points. I then saw Courtney for a facial. My god, this lady knows how to treat you like royalty. She gave me a TON of extras as a treat for my engagement! I fell asleep halfway through the TWO HOUR (originally scheduled for an hour) facial, and she gave me a hotel towel afterwards. Ugh, I've never had a better facial, seriously. I usually feel like facials aren't worth it because they are all fluff, but this was amazing. The oxygen facial got deep into my pores and gave me a glow afterwards. The spa was clean, girly, and well located. I'm so sad I just found out about them. The massages are wonderful, however I've had several issues related to customer service. Two separate times I've showed up for my appointment only to be told it was canceled because they smelled gas and had to wait for ONG to check it out. That's totally understandable. They have me a gift card for the inconvenience which was nice. But after trying three times I haven't been able to actually use the gift card. You can't schedule online without paying for it first. When I showed up at the appointment and asked to use my gift card instead I was told no because they already charged my card. They said it would be noted on my account so the next time I scheduled I could use the card. That didn't happen so again my card was charged. Today I called to make the appointment instead and was put on hold for 15 minutes. I was close so I just drove over and neither employee at the front was on the phone. Both denied putting anyone on hold. When I tried to explain the issue I was having the employee kept interrupting me and telling me they could run the gift card when I showed up for my appointment. But I know that's not true because I tried that last time. I kept trying to explain that but she wouldn't let me speak and even gave me some attitude at one point. She made me an appointment and said my credit card wouldn't be charged in advance. I'm not holding my breath. read more

First time at Le Visage and had an eyebrow wax with Alyssa and she did a fantastic job! She was very professional and detailed. I also had an Ultimate Signature Massage with Allison. A very relaxing 90 minutes that included paraffin wax for my hands and a sugar scrub. Allison was great with the pressure I requested and provided a wonderfully relaxing experience. My wonderful husband gifted me a generous spa package/day to Le Visage this Christmas. I was soooo happy and appreciative to receive this gift. With that said, I knew my husband had not thought about recent medications I was put on and the possible contraindications I called Le Visage promptly after Christmas and spoke with a customer service rep working the front. I explained the following .... After having to have a radical hysterectomy at the age of 30 (3 years ago) I have battled acne from menopause and hormone replacement therapy. Having tried topicals, oral antibiotics, etc without resolve I was put on Accutane approximately 3 weeks ago along with Tretinonin cream, Spironoloactone tabs, and a Benzoyl Peroxide wash. Knowing the potential danger of side effects of all these medications, which my body is already experiencing, and the many more it can and potentially will I didn't think I would (nor should) use their services at this time. The woman didn't seem to understand the severity of my situation and put me on hold while she asked the esthetician about these matters. The response I received was I in fact was right and the facials would burn my face. They offered to continue on with the massage portion and sell me products from the store for the remaining amount on the gift card. I replied by stating the acne is not on my face. It is deep cystic acne covering my entire back. It is not safe for me to have a massage while there is an active infection (the acne) present. As far as products from your business ... I prefer not to deviate from what my dermatologist and I have found that works and has been prescribed to me. I was told they would talk to the owner and contact my husband about a potential refund. After not hearing back from them for a couple days my husband physically went in and pleaded with the owner. Her response was they do not give refunds. Subsequent to that I went in to speak with the owner face to face. I didn't know if anything had been lost in translation. I couldn't imagine a small business providing this poor level of customer service or this type of business wanting to risk the liability considering my predicament. The owner and I went through the situation once again. I was told over and over as a small business they do not give refunds. I could split up the gift card and give it to others. I was asked if I wore makeup because I could buy products from her. I could see the products she carried and I have tried many of them. I can't use LipSense or their other products. I have a reaction to them. NONE OF THIS BROUGHT A SOLUTION/RESOLUTION. IT ONLY CREATED A BIGGER PROBLEM. I never raised my voice. I never cursed. I never spoke down to anyone in the spa/salon. I did make it a point to say as someone else who knows what it's like to run a small business and who not just myself, but my husband are both within the medical profession, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS KEY!! I understood her policies existed for a reason. However, there are times when you look at situations on an individual basis. THIS WOULD BE ONE OF THOSE TIMES. Because of the way I was treated I won't go here once I am medically cleared to. I won't refer friends and family. I am now writing poor reviews. Had the situation been handled differently when I was medically cleared I would have gone back and spent the amount my husband initially purchased and most likely become a repeat customer. Yelp made me give you 1 star to post this review, but in reality you didn't actually earn it. Le Visage your poor customer service cost you more than the $223 my husband spent at Christmas. You lost me as a future loyal customer. That is worth far more than the initial investment. Learn from this .... read more

Love this spa for so many reasons! 1. Their online booking system is so convenient! I personally hate calling because you never know what Type of service you'll receive... 2. The massages by Noel are out of this world. I seriously feel like I've been knocked out went to heaven and came back. He gets so many pressure points and is definitely your guy for strong and firm pressure. 3: if you ever want fake lashes they have talented people to do them. Perfect massage by Noel...just the right amount of pressure between medium& cry out in pain. My back was super tight before I came for my massage and Noel spent 40 minutes exclusively on my back. Excellent. Plus he didnt speak at all during the massage unless it was necessary. Perish massage therapists who make small talk! The staff was very friendly and it was a clean, relaxing environment. Only minor complaint is the massage room lighting is very dim& theres no mirrors in the room. Can be difficult to dress after the massage with no light& no mirror! read more

Great experience at for a mother-daughter spa day! I wanted to use my Spafinder gift card and found this place online. I called ahead to make an appointment and mentioned I was trying to do something special for my mother. They suggested I bring a bottle of wine. When I got there, they were super sneaky and got the bottle from me without my mom noticing and had it open and poured for her when she went into the massage room. Besides the great customer service, the massage was very relaxing. The spa was clean and they did a great job with the ambiance in the massage room. I started coming to Le Visage over a year ago. From the first visit onward, I have been very happy and keep coming back. The staff are always polite and friendly and they do their best to accommodate my schedule. I also find the ambiance relaxing. Mauri gives excellent Swedish massages that really help with my chronic back pain. She always finds my trouble spots and is great at knowing when to put more or less pressure. I've found I'm in much better shape than before I started coming to her. Amanda handles my facials. She has done such an amazing job since I started treatments with her that even my 90-year-old grandfather noticed how great my skin looked and complimented me. I didn't have any particular service I wanted in the beginning other than something to slow down the aging process so she's been great at guiding me into which treatments I should get with each visit. I'm amazed at how much better my complexion looks. I also highly recommend getting one of the body treatments such as the sugar scrub or sea salt glow. During the winter my skin becomes very dry and itchy. For years I always had scratches all over my body because no amount of lotion seemed to help moisturize me enough. Since getting the full body polish each month during the winter this has completely stopped. My skin is softer and a daily application of lotion is all I need to top it off. On my latest visit I tried the Avocado Abundance Body Treatment and absolutely loved it. I admit it's a bit more expensive than the other options, but totally worth it. I've booked another one for next month. If you're looking for a great spa in the Oklahoma City area, Le Visage is by far the best place to visit. They've got just about every kind of service you might want or need. read more

I immediately realized that I accidentally bought from the spa in Oklahoma, instead of New Orleans (where we live). The spas are not related. I called back immediately to get a refund, to which they politely agreed, and have not received my money after multiple calls and emails to the owner Kathy over months of trying. I hate to leave bad reviews, but at this point, they have stolen $175 from me. read more

My husband went online and bought a gift certificate for a facial (cost was $175) for Mother's Day. Immediately after he realized he booked at the wrong Le Visage (we live in New Orleans, he meant to book with the Le Visage here) he called the Le Visage in OKC to explain what happened. They responded that they do not give refunds. Of course regardless if that is your policy, this should be an exception. He made a mistake and we obviously cannot use the services as we do not live in OKC. Finally after much discussion, they agreed to refund him back his CC. This never happened. We have followed up multiple times at this point and they have said twice now that they will send a check. Once it was in the mail with a "20% service charge deducted' and secondly one was suppose to be overnighted for the full $175, certified mail b/c they said "the first check must have gotten lost in the mail." Still have never received our refund. This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had. My husband and I both own businesses and deal with customers daily and I could not comprehend not refunding a customer if they made a mistake in ordering my product or services. Furthermore, as much as I have called to try to make this right, the owner, Kathy has never once reached out and apologized. I urge you if you are local, take your money else where to a more honest group of individuals. UPDATE: I did receive a check minus $20 fee and shipping costs. Very disappointed that they deducted $26.30 when had they just done the right thing to began with: refunded his CC when my husband called same day facial was booked, it wouldn't have come to this. read more

I had a Swedish massage by Ellie Yi. It was one of the best massages I've ever had and I get massages regularly and all over the world. She will do pressure point if you like and that helped release a lot of pain I carry from tennis and weightlifting. If I lived in this area I would see her monthly! If I lived in Norman or anywhere in Oklahoma City, I would be coming here every month for my facials or should I say, "Take 10 years off my face Facial" Cause, damm girll.. this women did it. I was sooo hesitant with the micro needling, the thought of needles puncturing my face and than I look like a have track marks on my face would not have gone well. I not only did not feel it, but my skin looks absolutely RADIANT and amazing. I had slight peeling for the past 3 days, but it's now only been a week and I can't stop looking at the texture and the less appearance of dark spots and pigmentation, which I was really concern with. Donna was thorough and explained the whole procedure step by step. This beats having a laser treatment or a chemical peel. I am so pleased that I would love to have this done every month. I LOVE this place! My hubby got me a day treatment for my birthday. I added a few additional services. Very clean and super great staff. Facial was amazing as was the massage. Unfortunately, payment was paid in advance (gift certificate) and my adding on services messed up the system so we paid twice. For some reason, we have yet to be reimbursed for the over payment. WOW! Kim tinted my eyelashes today and was so detailed. She really took her time to make sure it was perfect. I mentioned that she went above and beyond previous salons I've been to and her response was, "Well, I'd want the same treatment for my eyelashes!" She really cares. I was then met by Emy for my spray tan. I hadn't had a spray tan before and she explained the process and the difference in colors thoroughly and patiently. She was so kind and just as detail oriented as Kim with the spray tan. She had me dry off in private and met me at the front to wipe any extra residue off of the palm of my hands. My tan looks absolutely amazing (as do my eyelashes). I'm just blown away! I was afraid that they would try to upsell any products or services at the end, but they were just grateful and sent me on my way. No pressure to buy extra even though they have plenty of quality products up front. I will be coming back to Le Visage for sure. read more

I go to Le Visage for all my services, and for the past two years I have been receiving pedicures/manicures on a biweekly basis. What I like most about Le Visage is that it is the only place in town that doesn't put me in one of those pedicure chairs that I know is COMPLETELY unsanitary. The manicurist has gone to great lengths to make sure that she protects all of her clients against any form of fungal infection, hence using a pedicure tub which is, again, the main reason why I have chosen Le Visage over any other place. Not to mention, her leg massages are TO DIE FOR so I really feel like I am getting my money's worth here. I would highly recommend Le Visage to all of my friends and family members! read more
