Once the necessary paperwork was done this company still did not hand over belonging. Then when cops were called everyone examined the truck and the belongings were stolen by one of their employees. On the 07/20/23 I got lock out of my car on the field and I called Ray's service and was told to send them a pin witch I did .I was told he would be their in 10 minutes since it was only 8 miles south of Seminole. So I waited & waited & waited I kept calling them back on the landline & on the cell number but they ignored my calls .all of us are thirsty in the heat while he's taking his sweet time . 45 minutes later he shows up just to find out he's missing the tool to get the job done than he goes back to Seminole to get the tool more than an hour after the first call the car is finally unlocked & $129 later . Imagine if you had a baby lock in ? Is this normal for around here ? Thank you

Another Brothers Auto Glass has replaced two of our windshields due to multiple chips and cracks from flinging rocks on these routes. After dealing with big name companies like Safelite for many years, I'm proud to say that this small business in Hobbs, NM, is not only responsive and friendly, but they got the jobs done right the first times. It's not the most noticeable building on Grimes, but what really matters is... + fast repairs/replacements + competitive prices + friendly service + quick communication + no issues whatsoever with dropoff, pickup, or the truck being there with locked tool boxes, etc. Perhaps they are not as fancy as the big guys, but their work thus far has been top notch with quality glass. They don't tint car windows, though. The only other place I considered in and close to Hobbs was Sun Guard. I inquired about their services over the phone on a Wednesday and scheduled the earliest appointment which was a Friday first thing in the morning. I have a full-size sedan. Wanted the darkest tint I could get. Also wanted the brow on the windshield. My car was ready that afternoon at around 2:30. For $200 my car looks even cooler now and literally is cooler. The guys did a great job. If I had any problems with it peeling or fading, etc. I have a lifetime warranty on it. Real nice guy and straight shooter at the front. Good thing none of the gas stations in town had air because that wouldn't have fixed the nail in my left rear tire! I was in and out within about 15 minutes. It cost me $19 to fix. No complaints.
