The owner then proceeded to drive me home, 25 miles away and offered to give me a ride on Friday to pick the truck up when it's finished. He refused to go to the place that I have been going to because apparently he has an ex girlfriend who works there. I joked and said good I'll have a chat with her next time. He didn't think I was funny. LOL. I drove here on 6/23/2023 so he could go inside to check in and tell the service manager what he needed done. I thought we could just stay in the vehicle, but apparently not. I didn't see any signs, telling us exactly what to do. We arrived at ZK Express at around 10 AM. We waited maybe at most 5 minutes as all lanes where occupied. The entire process probably didn't even take a half hour. He declined to have his air filter replaced. The rest of the bill came out to about $93. If he had issues with their work, he would have told me but he made it back to Colorado just fine. The two employees that I interacted with while we sat in the SUV were very respectful and worked efficiently. Also, this is huge for me as my "second dad" and my ex-husband both used to work in car shops: theirs is fairly clean. Not messy or trashy. I drive my brother's full-sized diesel pickup often - at least 8 times a week. He recently got a full detail cleaning on it here - ZK Express did an excellent job getting rid of dog hair, kid prints, and junk food out of the cab. No clue what he paid, but it might be worth it every few months or so. Definitely putting this place on my list.

Brought it to J-A they originally quoted me for a new clutch. After I explained the circumstances regarding said clutch the owner called me back and told me the clutch was installed wrong and that his mechanic had taken it apart and re- installed it. He could have sold me a whole new clutch. Very honest, very reasonable and excellent customer service. I will be using them for all my repair needs from here on out. Thanks again.

He hates when he gets caught in lies. He admitted he knows nothing of the internal parts. He can only pull and replace ...he gets a 140 an hour from jasper transmissionto do so....he's friendly at first but when you start to question his integrity of his knowledge of transmissions his feelings get hurt. I bought a 2014 Subaru Forrester about a year ago and I didn't look closely at the suspension after…read moreI got it. The brakes were basically gone and were bent in such a way that they were preventing the all wheel drive from functioning all the way on the passenger side. Subaru all wheel drive axles on those models tend to wear out more rapidly from constant use which I researched online. In addition the ball joint was rusted out and the control arm was cracked. Initially I just did a CVT axle, battery and new brakes but there was a rattling at freeway speeds. We were able to get it in the shop again almost immediately and they basically rebuilt the passenger side suspension working long weekend hours. I feel like we got a bargain considering local rates and the turning and suspension in general feels tighter than when we got it. We even got an off road handling demonstration to prove the good work. These people work a lot and when something is brought to their attention they address it directly. I recommend their business and would visit there again for future needs.
