This Wells Fargo Bank frustrates me quite often…read more I've had an account opened here at this particular Hobbs, NM, location since before most Gen Zers were born. Nowadays - usually after the weekends on Monday morning - I come to the ATM drive-thru either here or at the one by Murphy USA gas station across from Walmart. They are both constantly out of cash or inoperable. Am I supposed to change my routine because of this? I think not! So there are two drive-thru ATMs. I think there are also walk-up ATMs near the front entrance, but obviously I prefer the drive-thru. The times that I have gone inside to get fat wads of cash for under -the-table jobs around my house, I had decent service, but some of the employees are very unprofessional. I guess because I look their age that I don't care, but I have been taken aback by how they carelessly speak ill about others in my presence. It used to be so much nicer going to the bank. Nicer vibes. Nicer decor. Nicer envelopes. Nicer dollar bills. Not ones that look like they've been on a toothless hooker. Nicer everything. Online banking has most likely ruined the personal experience here.

My withdrawal. When I asked why she didn't ask for my id I was told the account numbers on the paper I don't need ur id! What!!!!!!!!!!! They are basically saying that whomever has your account number can take out your money! Than when I spoke to management she said well she said she knew you so that's why it's okay first never met her before second does that mean she can give my account number to someone and than claim it was me! It could have been anybody taking money from account and they are saying its okay iam sick to my stomach and needless to say very upset

While they had plenty of their own money to both open their own account, I did not realize that their names could not even be on their own debit cards without an ID in the form of a state-issued ID or passport. Apparently a birth certificate does not suffice. Without the proper ID, the cards would entail only my name embossed on it and that kind of defeats the purpose for me. I did not see minor/custodian info on their website: https://www.jpstone.com/ The representative who helped us was nice, but had to review a brochure or call a higher-up while answering our follow-up questions. Really lovely inside. High ceilings. Soft colors. No obnoxious sounds. Lobby closes at 3PM - which I am so grateful they took us in 2 minutes before they locked the doors. Lol. Great potential, but their rates are slightly lower compared to another nearby local bank of which I am already established.

Love donating unwanted items that I have laying around at home here at this location…read more The employee working the back is very friendly and more then happy to assist when unloading the car. They also offer carts to make it easier. You can also schedule a pick up and they will come to you to pick up items wherever it is you need them too! Haven't had a chance to stop in and take a look around but definitely will sometime soon.

As of June 9, 2019 we no longer have a thrift store. Only statement community received about thrift…read morestore is a computer print out sign saying CLOSED FOR RENOVATIONS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. The thrift store would be open if they price items reasonably instead of as if you're going to a retail store. Plus the store would be open to if they put ALL donations on sales racks instead of letting employees have a first picking of donations.I've shopped on several occasions there that items were priced too much and refused to sell a purse to me because it was a concealed to carry purse. Clerk takes it from me when I asked for me and says WE CAN'T SELL PURSES LIKE THIS but I damn sure seen her put it in HER pile of WANTS to go.. In the meantime, the facility is still asking for donations of gently used clothing, footwear, household goods and furnishings to hold garage sales at the food bank portion whenever convenient to them. I believe this is absolutely wrong to do.
