I Shoud Have Taken my Business elsewhere. I Challenge any of you to call OnStar and ask what the "Remote Access Plan" includes. This is what Kathleen told me on their chat line when asked that question? Remote Access Plan includes the following features: Remote Start, Remote lock/unlock, Remote horn and lights, Vehicle status, Vehicle locate. When Asked if it includes all the mentioned items, her response was "That is correct! she then confirmed that I had indeed activated ONSTAR. Window Stickers have been a car industry standard for over 50 years. If its on the sticker, it is on the car. Car dealer bibles we use to call them. You ask most any salesman whats on a particular car in their lot they go look at the STICKER. Right? That's not the case with my car. My sticker says I have *3 YEARS REMOTE ACCESS PLAN: ONSTAR & WI-FI CAPABLE, SEE ONSTAR.COM FOR TERMS. No where in the description does it say only part of the remote access plan will work on your car. No notations or disclaimers about the car having to be "equipped". Nothing to let you know as a consumer that this part of your Remote access Plan will not work. It very clearly states that the "Remote access plan" is included in the car for free for 3 years. Then why does my plan not include all the features? You sold me something I don't have! Pretty simple. Here was Leachmans response to this dilema. My salesman Zach Whitemore thought I was attacking him when I questioned why Remote Start didnt work. I just wanted ot know why? Seriously, he told me he couldn't help me and pawned me off to a guy named Greg Weir who made it a point to tell me he was a military man and "we get things done". So, I explained the issue, laid out the facts, and at that point I think Greg knew the facts were on my side. So he told me he would look into it, he would pull the build sheet against the window sticker and get back to me. To this day I have not heard one word. Quiet the sense of honor and duty eh? Not one single person at Leachmann Buick GMC has called and tried to make this right. Not One. I will take my second free oil Change from them and never darken their doorstep again. Bassically boils down to GMC Built a car, that ONSTAR sold a plan for, where nobody botherd to make sure the components of the plan work. And Leachmann's, They just can't be bothered. I bring my truck in for its maintenance here (oil changes and fuel filter change along with tire rotations). Something told me to mark my tires before bringing the truck in. So I numbered them 1-4 and when I came to pick it up, the young lady at the counter told me everything got done. I told no, the rotation wasn't done. She went back and asked the mechanics, they said they did the rotation. She then came back to me and asked why I think they didn't. I told her I marked my tires and have pictures before bringing it in. She then said we will get right on it and rotate them. So if you bring your vehicles in, I'd advise to mark things and double check it's getting done. I'm going to start marking the oil filter now as well. I may take my business back to Nashville to a dealer I like better there. read more

This was quite possibly the easiest truck buying experience I have ever had. I spent months looking for a new Sierra 3500 HD, and thankfully I came across Leachman and my salesman, Tony Lockhart. When other dealerships were price gouging due to low inventory, Leachman was transparent up front and very fair with pricing, as well as my trade evaluation. We worked out the entire deal before I got there, and Tony had things arranged so I was in an out within 30-45 minutes. I took my 2018 Buick Encore for diagnostic test. I had replace many parts according to the engine codes. Stabilitrak system never went out. I was stunned being not able to solve the issue. When taking it to them they want $4,800 just to start it and it may not solve the problem. I asked the general manager if he would talk to GMC about this problem, his answer no, it is not my problem. The parts list they gave me was everything I had already done. They said maybe I did not know what I was doing. What an insult, I had worked on cars many years. JUST bought a jeep less than a week ago. told the salesperson while test driving the. takes squeak, it shakes, power door locks don't work and there is an interior trim panel missing. I was told, "mechanics just changed brakes and rotors. we. any order the trim piece we aren't a jeep dealer." I said ok they changed those things. it it still squeaks. and not to mention they didn't say anything about door locks. or shake. I called service dept and they said it's an all day job so I'd have to leave it overnight. I said I need a rental. they said they i dont qualify for that. I said I LITERALLY JUST BOUGHT THE JEEP! I bought a used Terrain with 140,000 miles on it. Gave 12,000 dollars for it. Nice car. It didn't even make it to the first oil change. 6000 miles and needs an engine. I did buy as is and I understand that vehicles tear up. And I don't expect them to put an engine in it but they didn't offer any help whatsoever. I wouldn't recommend buying a vehicle from them to nobody. read more

Came in pretty sure what I already wanted, just needed to decide between trim models, Chris was a very salesman, answered all my questions, was not pushy or aggressive at all, and stayed late past close so that I could take my car home that night. We found a vehicle online that met our search criteria located at Leachman Buick GMC Cadillac. We did our due diligence and verified through the dealership's website that indeed the features we wanted were included. Adding to this, my fiance contacted the dealership, spoke with a salesman, explained that we lived over 100 miles away, and confirmed there were no issues (scratches, dents, interior markings/scuffs, etc.) prior to making a two-hour drive. At this point, my fiance drove 120+ miles to look at the vehicle. Upon his arrival, he found a very evident trim cover missing on the rear of the vehicle. Looking in the vehicle, the beige headliner had obvious markings (contrary to what he was told prior to driving 2 hours). But to top it off, our biggest complaint, the vehicle's features advertised on the dealer's website were non-existent. Their webpage listed heated/cooled seats and navigation as top features on this vehicle. The vehicle had neither. Plain and simple "False Advertisement." To sum it up, Leachman Buick GMC Cadillac wasted our time and cost my fiance the fuel expense of a 250-mile round trip drive. read more

I have a 2010 Yukon Denali bought used and took it to Leachman for a tune up. We had a good experience and since my family has bought a Cadillac and two Sierra Denali trucks. So today when my 2010 Yukon's sunroof seal was coming off the track and both of us got a shower at the car wash I called Leachman. They told me to drive into the service department and the guys their jumped in and looked at it and were able to put it back in the track and sent me on my way. Same thing happened yo my best friend she has a Buick...Any way, it needee a throttle body sensor...it took them 3 weeks to fix her car and she was stranded in Virginia. Fantastic service! My husband sent me (alone) to get his new truck serviced for a recall and oil change. I received nothing but professionalism from the time I pulled in til the time the gentleman walked me to my truck!! Yes, I was personally escorted to my truck, even tho it was daylight. I felt safe. I wasn't pressured to buy anything. I was politely shown where the lobby was & it was clean, stocked with drinks and snacks, and easily accessible to the restrooms. I am absolutely horrified and outraged at Leachman's unwillingness to execute ANY sort of customer service to rectify the lemon they sold me! I feel like they stealthily duped me into handing over $5500 cash for a car they KNEW had serious problems for it to die a mere 3 days after driving it off the lot! And after towing bills, diagnoses, parts and repairs, I've learned that the engine seized up and it is inoperable and I am out over SIX GRAND and NO RUNNING VEHICLE!!! I have been done so wrong and see Leacman's as nothing more than "leaches" who steal innocent and hard-working people's money! I have never been more disgusted with a business in my life. 6/17/16, Customer #27509. We were in BG picking up our camper we had left for repairs after camping at the KOA, when we encountered a fuel filter problem with our truck. It was late in the day and closing time (6/16) for Leachman, but the service advisor (Dylan) told us to come in first thing at 7:00am and he would work us in for a fuel filter replacement. The service department was so efficient, kept us apprised of everything that was being done, and helped us get back on the road very quickly. We'd like to thank, in particular, the young mechanic (name?) who had to manually pump the broken fuel pump in order for us to get home. He and Dylan need to be commended. read more
